Dylan and Cole Sprouse won the hearts of many teenage girls when Disney gave them their very own series called The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. But, these two celebrity siblings were working together in Hollywood ever since they were kids. They made their film debuts as the same kid in the movie Big Daddy, which starred Adam Sandler.

Julianne and Derek Hough are best known as the siblings that starred in the competition series Dancing With the Stars. The two professional dancers also went on tour together three times after the success of their "Move Live" tour in 2014.

Sisters Haylie and Hilary Duff have starred together since Hilary's Lizzie McGuire days, and the two continued to work together when they starred as uber-rich sisters in Material Girls.

The brother and sister Hollywood stars have appeared in Class, Sixteen Candles, Say Anything..., Gross Point Blank, and War, Inc., just to name a few. Having the ability to work with his sister so many times, John had touchingly shared, "I'm a pretty lucky guy."

Both Luke and Owen Wilson are big named Hollywood stars, but they made their movie debut starring in the same movie, called, Bottle Rocket in 1996.

Actors and real-life brothers Marlon and Shawn Wayans teamed up to work in the comedy White Chicks where they portrayed FBI agents and go undercover as white women to protect two heiresses.

Mary-Kate and Ashely Olsen might be the most famous twins in Hollywood and have worked side by side since they were kids. They made their acting debut as infants on the tv series Full House and would go on to star in several television shows and movies.
Their most memorable movies include New York Minute, When in Rome, Getting There, and Passport to Paris.
1 The Jonas Brothers
The Jonas Brothers, consisting of Kevin, Joe, and Nick, made it big when they made appearances on the Disney Channel network including the movie Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. They later ended up with their own Disney series called Jonas which was later rebranded as Jonas L.A.
Their band was also a huge success, coming out with a total of five studio albums and several number one hits.
