Fresh off the high of signing with Soulja Boy, Chet Hanks is now facing a massive lawsuit.
His ex-girlfriend Kiana Parker is suing him for $1 million after she tracked him down after he posted his location online.
The "White Boy Summer" rapper reportedly got served at his own birthday party. Parker filed legal docs against Hanks at the Fort Bend County Justice Center in Texas. She claims the Empire actor got physical with her on more than one occasion between October 2020 and January 2021, TMZ reported.
Parker said in court docs that the Empire actor pushed her, grabbed her arms and wrists after she said she was leaving the room they shared at the Windsor Court Hotel.
Parker told the court that Hanks said that said she was "just a ghetto Black b****" who wouldn't be believed. Shockingly, she alleges he threatened her in a murder-suicide while they were in his Sugar Land, Texas home in November. She added that her nine-year-old twins were at home during the incident.
Parker was granted a restraining order against Chet.
But in March, Chet, the son of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, shared a graphic video online. The clip showed Parker allegedly attacking him.
TMZ obtained video of the altercation with Parker on 8 January at Hanks’s home in Texas. Despite Hanks showing a video of what appears to be Parker leaving him with a bloody forehead.
Chet alleges Kiana charged at him with a knife (something which she denies.) The footage does seemingly show her swiping at him with a pot. Hanks filed a lawsuit against Parker over the alleged altercation in January. He is also suing her for theft and return of the money she allegedly stole from him.
Hanks claims Parker stole money from him but she reportedly denies the allegations.
Parker told RO, "I am glad that he must finally answer for his charges, this has been lingering for too long and I will continue to seek closure, healing, and justice. My life matters so I spoke up.”
She was previously granted a temporary restraining order and is reportedly suing Hanks for "assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress."
Social media commenters were in disbelief after Chet was served at his own party.
"Tom Hanks has currently logged out," one joked.
"y'all need to stop posting while at the location lmaooo post after you leave!!" a second added.
"Right after he signed to Soulja Boy records damn," a third commented.
