The ATV flipped over, and Maddie was submerged in a pond for nearly 2 minutes. The little girl was in critical condition when she was airlifted to the hospital and spent 5 days in the hospital recovering.

It's safe to say that Jamie Lynn didn't exactly plan to have a baby when she was 16-years-old. In fact, her career was on the rise and she had a starring role in Zoey 101 at the time of her pregnancy. The pair won $15,000 which they promptly donated to the New Orleans Hospital that proved to be instrumental in leading the care Maddie received after her tragic ATV accident.

The cameras seem to really love Maddie, and she has had numerous opportunities to grow and develop her career on television and in the public eye.
