In season 2, drama ensued between real estate agents and the men that they were in relationships with. 10 Is The Show Officially Renewed?
According to TMZ a source revealed that Selling Sunset has been renewed for season 4 as well as season 5. Good news! Chrishell Stause discussed the potential of the fourth season saying, "The show has been a breakout success. I have worked in TV long enough to know you need to be grateful for the successes because they are rare. So, although it's too early to say what my role going forward would be, I can say I’d be shocked if the show did not continue." Fans would be shocked too-- and devastated. Luckily TMZ's source has helped squash those concerns.
9 When Will Filming Begin?
It is looking like filming for season four is going to begin in the spring of 2021. That means that if all goes well, the fourth season should be able to premiere on Netflix around the end of this year! It would give the cast and crew several good months dedicated to filming. What this means is that fans can start binge-watching the fourth season most likely around the holidays. Sounds like an incredible holiday gift if you ask us!
8 Which Cast Members Are Returning?
It is so important that fans see the majority of the original season 1-3 cast return for the fourth season. Mary Fitzgerald revealed, "I know the people that I talk to—Heather, Chrishell, Amanza, Jason, and Romain—we're all up for a fourth season." Fingers crossed that every single cast member from the first three seasons will be returning for the fourth season. There are several names she left off of her list...
7 What Will Christine Quinn Be Bringing To The Table During The 4th Season?
Christine Quinn pretty much rules the whole entire show. She explained, "This [show] is my baby. I love being on the show, I love entertaining people, I love making people laugh, I love inspiring people, and I love showing people that you can be a badass boss... I really look forward to being a part of season four when it happens—I mean, if it happens." She brings something special to the show. From her snappy personality to her elegant wardrobe, she is the most enjoyable person to pay attention to whenever she is on camera.
6 Will We Still See Brett Oppenheim?
Christine Quinn told Glamour UK, "Brett has left to start his own brokerage. The girls are fed up with the favoritism of Mary in the office, we don’t know who will move where. It may be the battle of the brokerages! I think if season four goes ahead, it is going to be the juiciest season ever." Even though Brett Oppenheim left to start his own brokerage, it is very likely that he will still be spotted in episodes throughout season four.
5 Is Davina Potratz Returning?
Davina Potratz also left the brokerage for another opportunity. She said, "It’s not that I wanted to leave, but I had a great opportunity. It was a purely business decision. I certainly hope that I’m still part of the cast. Brett [Oppenheim] is not at the Oppenheim Group anymore either, so I don’t think that that’s going to be an issue at all."
She might have been in the center of drama here and there throughout the first three seasons but she definitely added to the fiery and totally entertaining zest of the show. It is crucial that we see her return for the fourth season.
4 Will New Real Estate Agents Be Joining The Cast?
New real estate agents?! Yes, please! Mary Fitzgerald revealed, "We do have a couple of new agents. We keep trying to tell production and Netflix that we want a couple of the other girls on the show because they’re really good friends of ours. I think it would be good to have some new faces, but I don’t know what they’re going to choose." Whichever new real estate agents are being added to the cast need to be able to keep up with the women that fans already know and love.
3 How Will The Chrishell/Christine Feud Play Out?
As of now, Chrishell Stause has Christine Quinn blocked on social media... Yikes. Christine told ET, "I have an idea why I'm blocked. I mean, it's nothing bad. I didn't like her at the time, and I was being funny and I was 'hearting' certain comments. I mean, it’s really not a big deal... It was just silly."
It doesn’t seem like the feud between Chrishell and Christine is going to come to an end anytime soon. We will have to wait and see how things play out in the fourth season between the two beautiful real estate agents.

Tarek El Moussa told US Weekly, "If there’s a next season [of Selling Sunset], there is a chance you might be seeing me. Who knows what the future holds. I would love to film with her one day. You know, we have a lot of fun together. We have great chemistry together and I think the fans would enjoy it." Heather Rae Young and Tariq Allmuça are now engaged! Their relationship is extremely sweet To see across social media platforms. It will be great to see them get some screen time together in the fourth season.

The last we heard about Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet is that they were trying to plan for the future… In terms of having children! She discussed the possibility of freezing her eggs. Since she is a little bit older than him, they have to take her age into account when it comes to planning a pregnancy and moving forward with starting a family together. The fourth season better give fans more insight into their relationship and future family plans.
