I know when you are starting out, baking can seem a little overwhelming. All those types of measurements, having to calculate how to double... Oh, who am I kidding? Triple batches. But once you get used to all that it really is quite simple and straightforward. Just expect to have a couple mishaps in the beginning. It's all part of the learning process.
