Winters are hard. And looooooong. There really isn't much to do other than eat and stare off into the expanse of frozen tundra. Maybe take part in the occasional Facebook stalking. By the end of it, I usually roll out of my house looking like a chipmunk prior to hibernation. Not a good look.
I am definitely guilty of being a subscriber to the naughty habit of eating out of boredom. If you are lucky enough to live in a warm climate, trust me when I say that there is really not much to do other then shovel some food into your mouth, wrapped in a fuzzy blanket on your couch, when it is -40 out... especially when the atmosphere has apparently decided to spew icy spitballs down at us. Forget about exercise – The most exercise I get during the winter is bringing the spoon from the bowl to my mouth.
