Kate Middleton has very much been the pinnacle of sophistication, representing the Royal Family with the perfect blend of class and relatable personality. She shares "just enough" on her social media to keep fans engaged and connected to the Royals, without oversharing or stirring up any soft of fuss or drama. Understandably, the sharp exit of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry has left the Royals reeling and has had a huge impact on Kate's role within the family. She has had to adjust along with the times, and has had to change a few things along the way...

10 Taking On More Royal Duties

Perhaps the most noticeable change that Kate has been confronted with, is the fact that she has had to take on more Royal duties to make up for the ones that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have left behind. The pressure is all on her now to see the Royal duties through, and to maintain stronger relations with the public than ever before.

She is well aware of the fact that she is being watched more closely and scrutinized more heavily for every word she says and every gesture she makes. Media sources recognize that the public now looks to her to carry on the regal role that she has had for the past decade. However, now, there is the added impact of being the sole female of her generation that the public relies upon to generate all their views and opinions of the royal family's interactions.

Kate Middleton has had to take on a whole other level of responsibility in ensuring she is not slipping up by saying or doing the wrong thing when in view of the public.

Harry and Meghan's interview with Oprah unearthed so many negative accusations surrounding the belief system and overall actions of the Royals, and Kate is now hard at work to ensure she carries the family across the finish line without giving anyone any further reasons to scrutinize the Royal family.

8 She Kicked Up The 'Fun' A Notch

With all the talk about how awful Meghan's experience was when she was living her life amid the Royals, a shadow has been cast on the family for being to uptight and rigid, making Meghan's declarations seem even more plausible to the public. It seems that Kate has consciously taken measure to amp up her "happiness" and display a happier, more upbeat, and "fun" personality to the world.

Express reports that the Duchess of Cambridge has switched up the way she presents herself, possibly to convince onlookers that she is ok, her life is pleasant, and the heavy accusations made by Meghan and Harry aren't her shared experience with the Royal family.
