15 Parents Who Had Zero Problems Embarrassing Their Kids

Parents... We can't live with them, and we can't live without them. We spend a big portion of our lives with our parents. They are also always there for us, talk to us when we feel down, they celebrate with us when we succeed, and they financially help us when we're broke (shoutout to all the college students who are broke AF, and to their parents who are helping them out). But then again, parents can be so extra sometimes. They pull all the stops to go above and beyond being a parent; sometimes it's cool, other times, it's not appreciated. That is why I decided to create a list of parents who went too far with their children, and ended up embarrassing them. Even if our parents aren't this embarrassing, at least we can laugh at these next 15 people who are masters at embarrassing their own children.

15 He's Totally Pulling Them Off

In case you didn't know, minimalist aesthetic is the latest trend. You've heard that "less is more," right? Well, you're not the only one! Go outside and you'll find numerous boys and girls dressed pretty simple — crop tops, tiny denim cutoffs, and little to no makeup. Yeah, that look is pretty common. But this father above is totally against those outfits, especially those denim cutoffs, so he decided to do something to embarrass his daughter — something that would teach her a lesson. He put on a black t-shirt with "Best. Dad. Ever." written over it and donned it with super tiny denim cutoffs. And guess what? Dressed like that, he went to dinner with his daughter. In public. Yes, dressed like that. I think it's safe to say that after this, his daughter will most likely stop dressing the way she used to.

14 They're Not Regular Parents, They're Cool Parents

You know how some people are not very good at showing their emotions? Like, if you tell them you love them, they'd be like, "me too" instead of "I love you, too!" Or when you're feeling down, they wouldn't comfort you by talking to you, but rather by buying you something (that's my favorite type of comforting, TBH). Well, that can happen with parents, too. Exhibit A (the first and only exhibit) is this photo shown above. As you can tell, it's a photo of a woman holding a rather unusual birthday cake, with some pretty interesting writing on it. I mean, who would even think about putting "I'm glad you were the strongest sperm" on a birthday cake? But hey, at least the mother didn't have to go through the awkward birthday talk about how she loves her kid so much...

13 This Mom Is Savage AF

Even though the conversation from the photo above is mostly about breasts, I won't talk about it that much. I mean, I don't care whether somebody likes them natural or fake, or whatever, all I know is that there shouldn't be anything sexual about them. We all drank milk from them, for God's sake. Anyways, here you can see a hilarious comment written by the mother of Michael, the guy who posted a status saying he loves "an all natural boob"(why only one though?). But his mom's response to his status is hilarious. This sassy mother simply wrote, "The last boob u [sic] touched was mine when I breast fed u! LOL." By writing that, she completely ended him and his reputation (if he had any).

She's not a regular mom, she's a cool mom!

12 Forget About Birth Control Pills

You can never be careful enough with teens when it comes to safe sex. They do all kinds of crazy stuff. It's no wonder teen pregnancy is so high everywhere. Although, it is possible that teens get pregnant on purpose; that way they can have a chance to appear on MTV's Teen Mom (I'm serious — this has happened). But this dad isn't ready to become a grandfather yet, so he came up with the best and most effective birth control: a blanket with his face on it (he calls it the "birth control blanket"). Now, imagine you're all hot and bothered, about to get down to the nitty gritty... You start doing it and then all you see is your father's face staring back at you, judging the sh*t out of you. That's a total boner killer, if you ask me. And a genius idea on this dad's part.

11 This Mom Who Just Wanted A Dog

Via: faxo.com

Dogs, dogs, dogs — there’s nothing in the world that I love more than dogs! And I know that I'm not the only one who's crazy about dogs. I mean, just take a look at the photo above and you'll know what I'm talking about. This poor girl from the photo had only one wish her whole life - to get a dog! But of course, life is not that simple. That's why she ended up with a kid instead. But that didn't stop her in getting what she wanted. As you can tell, she turned her baby into a dog. Well, at least she tried. And I guess it's not a complete failure. Now she's got something to put on a leash and take for walk. #SorryNotSorry

10 When Food Is Life

This story above went viral when it first came out. A mom and her son decided to have a movie night, so they went to a movie theatre. In the middle of the movie she asked her son if he wanted some corn. (I know, right?) People usually sneak in candy or drinks. For example, I always sneak in some gummy bears, because the ones they sell inside the theatre are expensive and not as good. Anyways, the son found the whole thing hilarious, so he tweeted about it. He wrote, "dude i busted out laughing cuz she whispered in my ear 'you want some corn?' I was like wth [sic] from where mom? And she showed me." Considering that he tweeted about this, it's safe to say he wasn't really embarrassed. Just look at her — she's so cute eating that corn!

9 Dad, Can You Not?

Look, we all love our fathers — there's no denying that. They're always there for us, ever since we were kids; they taught us how to ride bikes, how to swim, how to fix stuff around the house, and how to drive a car. But one thing's for sure, they can be so embarrassing sometimes with their constant dad jokes. I mean, just take a look at the photo above. Doesn't it make you want to facepalm yourself? Did this dad really think this was funny? Because it's not — it's embarrassing. Especially because the photo was taken in public, which means that there were more people there who saw this probably. I don't know about you, but because of things like this, I stopped taking my dad to nice places a long time ago.

8 These Parents Did Such A Good Job Recreating Their Kids Selfies

We can all agree (well, at least those of us who are single) that couples can be very annoying sometimes. Just hear me out: we get very annoyed by their constant hand-holding, kissing, and PDA (public display of affection) in general. Like, we get it — you’re a couple and you love each other, but can you leave all that mushy stuff for when you’re home alone? Not only that, but can you also stop uploading every selfie you have with your S.O. to social media? Like, even these parents were annoyed by the constant PDA, so they decided to show their kid just how annoying their selfies were by recreating those selfies. And if you ask me, they did a pretty good job. Let's hope this was enough to show their kid how annoying his/her selfies are.

7 She Has No Idea

Imagine this scenario: you're in, let's say middle school. There's a huge event at your school (for example, a talent show) and you're a part of that event. The school wants all the parents to attend the show. Your mom, of course, decides to come and support you. And she shows up all happy, ready to cheer you on on. She's holding a few balloons, just like the woman in the photo, not realizing those balloons were penis-shaped. I mean, that would be pretty awkward, right? The poor lady would be embarrassing you the whole time without even knowing it. And let's be real, you'd be teased about it for the rest of your time at school. But I would totally forgive her. Come on, she came to support you, she had good intentions.

6 Socks Are For Feet ONLY

Via: IMGUR

Reddit and IMGUR is an amazing place. They're filled with people who always provide us with funny memes or crazy fan theories about our favorite TV shows. Seriously, Redditors' brains work very well. But sometimes, those sites are also a perfect place to post your failures and make other people laugh. For example, this one Redditor (whose username is way too NSFW to be included here) posted this photo. Apparently, his parents left this on his bed, with a very funny note saying, "Socks are for feet only." Well, that's awkward. Most guys—and those who have seen American Pie—will get the sock part (hint: it has to do with self pleasure...). I mean, you have to admit this was very thoughtful, and way more hygienic than the sock method.

5 This Mother Basically Said Her Son Was A Mistake

All this Facebook user wanted to do was post a deep and meaningful status, and maybe get a few likes. But thanks to his mother, all they got was public humiliation. When the user wrote: "Maybe it’s about starting over and creating something better…" their mother cheekily replied: "And that’s why you have a younger brother." Ouch, that hurt. Not only did she humiliate him, but she basically said how their younger brother is better than he/she is. Ha! That's gotta hurt.

You see, this is one of the reasons you shouldn't have your parents as your Facebook friends. The other reason is their terrible bad-angle selfies they always post. Like, what are you doing uploading those tragic selfies, fam? Stop ruining my perfect selfie streak with your not so perfect selfies — you're ruining my reputation!

4 Well This Is Awkward

Via: IMGUR

Living alone and living with your parents has both pros and cons. For example, the good side of living alone is the fact that you finally get to do whatever the heck your little heart desires. You can do whatever you want without your annoying parents or your even more annoying siblings' constant presence. The bad side, however, is that you have to cook for yourself, do all the chores, and you're broke most of the time. I know living with parents sounds amazing (mom, can I move back in?), but this has its bad sides. One of the those bad sides is shown in the photo above. This is what happens when you live with your parents. They go into your room, they touch your stuff, you have no privacy whatsoever, and they can probably hear you having sex. Awkward,

3 These Kids Are Not Feeling The Christmas Spirit

You all know that song “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” right? And if you remember, some of the lyrics, they go like this, “There’ll be much mistletoeing. And hearts will be glowing when loved ones are near. It’s the most wonderful time of the year, ooh ah.” Well, I hate to be a Debbie Downer, but it appears that not everybody is as crazy about Christmas as most of people are. Take a look at these kids in this family portrait. They don't look too festive, do they? But then again, the parents are so happy and proud of the photo and that sweater... What a paradox, right? But one thing is for sure, these kids will remember this photo forever! And as they should, it’s pretty amazing.

2 The Thug Life Chose Me

This here is exactly why parents shouldn't be using Facebook, or any other social media, for that matter. They don't know that one single wrong comment can literally destroy your social life. This girl uploaded a selfie on Facebook and, thinking it would be cool, she captioned it "I didn't chose the thug life, the thug life chose me," Of course, her parents started roasting her in the comment section immediately. "You can't be a thug and scared of the dark," wrote one of the parent's, while the other one commented, "Or scared of taking a shower when no one else is home." LOL, these parents are savage AF! There's one thing I'm curious about, though... Was the bad grammar ("didn't chose") purposeful (as in she's a thug and stereotypically they're illiterate) or was it accidental?

1 OMG, She Actually Wrote That

Oh my God, this is so awkward. I'd never leave my house again if this happened to me.

So, this person named Nick updated his Facebook status, saying how everyone is coming home this week and how amazing it was gonna be... and that's when the comments started coming in. Four different people started making jokes about Nick's mom, saying how she's also coming to their homes that week as well... I mean, that's nothing special, all teens joke like that. But then Nick's mother commented as well, saying, "Wow, cute new guys to play with!!! love that young meat!!!" she took embarrassment to a new level. Yes, she wrote that, and yes all of Nick's friends could see it.

The poor guy (and his mom) has no idea what they just did; everybody will make jokes about his mom for the rest of his life now.
