A sixth-round pick in the 2000 NFL Draft, Tom Brady will go down as one of the greatest quarterbacks - if not athletes - of all-time. He has won six Super Bowls with the New England Patriots, been named to 14 Pro Bowl teams, and is a three-time MVP. He has been counted out so many times in his career that it's amazing to consider he's still playing at such a high level. In fact, he was instrumental in leading the Patriots to a Super Bowl victory in the 2018 season; while he only had two touchdowns in three games, he registered a 68 percent completion percentage, which was better than four of the five other years in which New England won the Super Bowl.

In part due to his pedigree and age - he will be 43 years old during the 2020 season - Brady has been one of the most scrutinized athletes in recent memory. He has his loyal supporters, but a large portion of football fans have been waiting for him to collapse. So, how has that been going? And what exactly has he done since winning the Super Bowl in 2018?

20 Kept The Party Going

Despite being known for his incredible work ethic, Brady manages to find time for the 'Gram. The three-time MVP has more than 7 million followers on Instagram and not just because of name recognition. Dude puts in work. He shares several images and videos per week and that was particularly true following the team's Super Bowl victory as we got to see him celebrate with Gronk - perhaps for the last time.

19 Then Hit The Gym

Brady shared several videos of the celebratory acts following the Super Bowl, but in typical TB12 fashion was back in the gym shortly after. He did, however, confirm he was actually a human being and not a sports-driven robot by sharing photos and videos of he and his family's ski trip. Of course, he still couldn't stop himself from breaking down film of the family's ski trip two years prior.

18 Celebrated 10th Anniversary With His Wife

Maybe because he still seems so young or perhaps it's that time has actually sped up over the past decade, but it seems crazy to think Brady has been married to his wife, Gisele Bundchen, for a decade. He shared a post celebrating their 10-year anniversary on February 26, 2019. Both he and Bundchen shared emotional messages that provided a glimpse into their marriage.

17 Launched TB12 Performance And Recovery In Boston

Brady is more than a football player. He's a brand. To that end, he is the founder of the TB12 Performance & Recovery Center, which employs a holistic approach to improving athletic performance. The first conveniently opened in Foxboro and, this past summer, Brady was on hand for the official opening of the TB12 Performance & Recovery Center in Boston.

16 Appeared On Jimmy Kimmel Live

Those who think Brady doesn't have personality hasn't seen him on Saturday Night Live (SNL). Although he's a fierce competitor on the field, he has been known to let loose in front of the camera, whether it's SNL or late-night talk shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live. He was on the show in May and recorded a video of him throwing a football through one of the windows in Matt Damon's house.

15 Went To The Kentucky Derby

If Saturdays are for the boys then the Kentucky Derby is for the champs. Once again Brady and several of his teammates and ex-teammates as well as other players and coaches in the league posed for a photo prior to the 2019 Kentucky Derby. The picture included Jimmy Garoppolo, Jacoby Brissett, Brian Hoyer, and even Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel who, coincidentally, got the better of Brady in the 2019 playoffs.

14 Signed New Contract

Beyond winning his sixth Super Bowl, Brady proved he was still an elite quarterback during the 2018 regular season by throwing for 29 touchdowns and 4,355 yards passing. He was rewarded with a two-year, $70 million contract extension. However, the reality of the deal was that he received a substantial one-year raise. His contact included a provision that basically voided his deal following the 2019 season.

13 Signed With WME For Representation Outside Of Football

In addition to the TB12 brand, Brady is involved in several off-the-field endeavors and has aspirations beyond football. That's why this past August the quarterback signed a deal with WME for non-football representation. WME also provides representation to revered current and retired athletes such as Serena Williams, Steph Curry, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, and David Beckham.

12 Went To The Met Gala

Brady is equally comfortable in a boys' night out at the Kentucky Derby as he is dressing up for a glamorous event such as the Met Gala. Accompanied by his wife, of course, Brady donned a classic maroon tuxedo at the event, matching his wife who wore a pink dress. The couple have been to the Met Gala every year since they have been married and Brady's 2019 look was received much better than in 2018, when he wore a black jacket embroidered with golden scroll work on its lapels.

11 Won A Sports Emmy

Brady has had several rivals on the grid iron, but one of his biggest rivals has been Father Time. In the off-season, he produced a web series for Facebook titled "Tom vs Time." It might have been a way for him to keep busy over the summer, but it was also something he proved to be quite good at. The series won the Sports Emmy for Outstanding Serialized Sports Documentary.

10 Cursed His Golf Shot

While he's an all-time great quarterback and a fairly decent golfer to boot, Brady had some troubles with his golf swing this past summer. He shared a video on his Instagram account in which he messes up a drive and immediately follows it up with a series of expletives. Making it worse, his sons were in a golf cart nearby.

9 Put House Up For Sale

Brady and Bundchen have lived in Brookline, Massachusetts for quite some time, but the couple listed their 5-acre estate and 9,700-square-foot mansion for sale in August 2019. Originally listed at $39.5 million, the house was still on the market by November, at which point it was reduced to $33.6 million. It's believed to be still on the market.

8 Purchased Home In Connecticut

It's hard to imagine Brady playing anywhere but in New England, but rumors of his status for the 2020 season really kicked into overdrive in November, when it was rumored that he had purchased a 15,000-square-foot home in Greenwich, Connecticut, worth a reported $9 million. Brady refused to comment on the story on WEEI's "Greg Hill Show."

7 Appeared On The Cover of Men's Health

This past August, Brady graced the cover of Men's Health and looked about as good as anybody can expect to look at 42 years old. He was also the subject of the magazine's cover story, in which he spoke about his remote Bahamas boot camp and went into details about his intense exercise routine and diet.

6 Dressed As A Stormtrooper For Halloween

In 2018, Brady donned a relevant Halloween costume as he dressed as Pennywise from It. He didn't put as much effort into the costume and makeup this past year, but his Stormtrooper outfit was nonetheless pretty cool. He also found time to share a photo of a skeleton lawn decoration wearing a Peyton Manning Colts jersey he found while trick-or-treating with his family.

5 Recorded His Lowest Yards Per Attempt Since 2002

Although it's clear he can still perform at a high level, there was some concerning signs in regard to Brady's 2019 regular season. He registered his lowest completion percentage (60.8) since 2013 and had his worst yards per attempt average (6.6) since 2002. It will be interesting to see what he can do with more skilled receivers.

4 Registered The Worst QBR Of His Career

Brady's quarterback rating (88.0) was also the worst he had since the 2013 season, but his QBR, a figure calculated by ESPN, was a lackluster 52.5. This was the worst he recorded in this category since its creation in 2006. In contrast, his second-worst mark in that category was 62.1 in 2013.

3 Named Finalist For AP Athlete Of The Decade

Disappointing 2019 season aside, it's hard to diminish the accomplishments of Brady this past decade. He won three of his six Super Bowls in the 2010s and earned two Super Bowl MVP trophies. He was also named AP MVP in 2010 and 2017. Consequently, he was considered for the AP Athlete of the Decade Award. It was instead given to LeBron James.

2 Appeared On Peyton Manning's Show

Brady and Peyton Manning have been rivals on the field for the majority of their respective careers, but they're actually close friends off the field. Now comfortable in retirement, Manning is the star of "Peyton's Places" on ESPN+. He welcomed Brady as a guest in a recent episode and the two shared friendly jabs centered around cheating accusations.

1 Became A Free Agent

It took only a couple of hours following the Patriots AFC Wild Card loss to the Tennessee Titans for fans and media alike to begin wondering about Brady's future. While some questioned if he would return for another season, Brady seemed to hint at a return in an Instagram post. However, it's anyone's guess as to where he plays in 2020.
