If there is one thing people know, it's that Khloe Kardashian is the one sister who is all about maintaining a toned figure. This may not have always been the case for the reality TV star, but after the debut of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2007, she decided to kick her habit of yo-yo dieting, and replace it with living a consistently healthy lifestyle. As we know, this is not something that just happens overnight for everyone, but no matter what sort of drama Khloe was forced to deal with along the way (relationship drama especially), the Revenge Body star vowed to not give up and remain dedicated to her active lifestyle.

Khloe gave birth to her baby True, in April, 2018, and was then slapped with a whole lot of drama pertaining to her baby daddy Tristan Thompson, and her younger sister Kylie's ex best friend Jordyn Woods; but through all of it, Khloe never quit. She lost the baby weight, and overcame the drama with her ex, and nowadays, she looks more amazing than ever. This Kardashian sister is totally fitness goals! Ever since Khloe underwent her huge transformation in 2015, she’s been a total beast in the gym. It’s clear that losing weight and staying fit allowed Khloe to feel so much better about herself, and she even decided to invite more people on a similar journey when she launched the show Revenge Body on the E! Network in 2017. She is definitely a source of motivation to lots of people.

19 Headed To The Gym

When you become used to a consistent workout routine, taking as little as a few weeks off from the gym can make an impact. Khloe talked about how she took nearly 2 months off from the gym and was not happy with the way she was feeling. There is no doubt that she was still way more toned than most people, but she felt the need to get back to her routine in order to feel like herself again.

Everyone has that moment when they are in the middle of doing something and they are feeling cute, so they decide to snap a selfie. We don’t doubt that the Kardashian sisters have a lot of those moments in their everyday life, and the same holds true for Khloe. It’s no secret that in the past, the Kardashian sisters have been accused of getting surgical work done in order to obtain their now-famous backsides (Kim, especially). Well, sister Khloe is proving all those haters wrong in this awesome gym shot. The reality TV star posted this photo of herself hitting a squat to her IG account and simply captioned it: “Gym work!!! #Fitness”. Khloe is putting in the work, and it shows.

Khloe showed up to an event at Gunners Gym in Beverly Hills. The event was hosted by Good American clothing, which Khloe is a huge promoter for. One look at her outfit in this photo says it all; Khloe is definitely always stylish, even when she’s about to go sweat it out at the gym. In fact, Khloe’s Fitness closet is actually “bigger than [a] dorm room”. We can’t say we’re surprised, though.

In addition to hitting up the gym, or getting a workout in outside alongside her trainer, Khloe also enjoys taking part in Pilates classes. According to Nowtolove.com, Pilates is excellent for people who want a toned backside and a flat tummy. Looks like Khloe is convinced that it works, as she’s been spotted attending classes with some of her girlfriends. If it’s good enough for Khloe, then it’s good enough for us, too!

Khloe might be motivated to maintain her healthy lifestyle by staying fit, but she does credit a lot of it to one of her personal trainers, Gunnar Peterson. Kardashian is no doubt dedicated, as evidenced by her toned body, but part of that dedication is thanks to lots of motivation from Gunnar. Considering that Khloe is a huge promoter for the clothing brand Good American, it should not come as a surprise that she takes part in a lot of events the brand hosts. Everyone needs a break sometimes, and that’s also true for Khloe Kardashian. The reality TV star was forced to take some time off due to a variety of things, but most notably she took time off to be with her ill estranged husband (at the time) Lamar Odom.
