Kourtney is one of the poorest of the Kar-Jenner girls, with Parade assigning her a net worth of only $35 million. Kendell Jenner brings up the rear with a net worth of a paltry $30 million. Compared to her busy-busy sister Kim Kardashian ($900 million) and momager Kris Jenner (at least $60 million), she is just scraping alone. Well, not quite.

All The Amenities

The 6-bedroom house comes complete with an elevator, a gym, and a massage room. Doesn't every house need a massage room? Outside, there's a huge pool, a basketball court, and a TV-free playhouse constructed by Kourtney's long-time partner and father of her children Mason, Reign, and Penelope, Scott Disick. The kids demanded a TV, but mom and dad said no way to the idea.

The less said about Scott the better at the moment. Having broken up with 20-something Sofia Richie, he's now hooked up with teenaged Amelia Hamlin. We hear her parents, actor Harry Hamlin and actress Lisa Rinna aren't too crazy about the hookup. The girl is only around eight years older than Scott's son Mason!

Back to the house.

Neutral Tones And Clean Lines

The living room is the baby of English designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard and, as Architectural Digest says was designed keeping Kourt's "inner hostess" in mind. Like much of the house, it features neutral tones and clean modern lines. The piano, by the way, was a pressie from momager Kris Jenner. As a kid, Kourtney took lessons using the instrument. So, it has great sentimental value. No word on whether her kids are subjected to the whole lesson thing. We can't really see 11-year-old Mason being too keen on the idea. The basketball court seems like more his thing.

Family-Friendly Kitchen And Stately Dining Room

The kitchen is a family space, with the kids sometimes pitching in to help. It has plenty of eat-in counter space. You won't be surprised to hear that there is a perfectly organized (by Kourtney) walk-in pantry. Penelope is apparently the budding chef, with the two boys Reign and Mason showing less interest in the culinary arts.

The kitchen is where the family tends to eat informal meals.

What about the dining room? Martyn Lawrence Bullard has designed a space fit for huge gatherings, with a super long table perfect for family gatherings, festive and otherwise.

Kris Jenner, drink in hand (natch) looks as she is ready to tuck into the feast. And it looks as if it is going to be quite an occasion. Loving those pants, Kris. Not many 60-somethings could pull that look off!

The Bedrooms

And the bedrooms? Well, they range from a "hotel-like" guest suite, complete with towels, bathrobes, and bottled water to Kourtney's pared-down, minimalist white sanctuary. And the kids' rooms? They are themed to suit the personality of Mason, Penelope, and Reign.  Forget neutral tones and clean lines. The three kids' rooms are child-friendly zones.

Reign's bedroom has a safari, camp out vibe about it. At one point, Mason was a big, big Star Wars fan and so his bedroom had a glow-in-the-dark sci-fi feel. At 11-years-old, he has moved on to a more "mature" design. Girly daughter Penelope, of course, has a cute pink bedroom, with all the frills and whistles thrown in.

That Outdoor Space

The focus of the manicured grounds is the huge swimming pool. It's played host to kids and adult parties.

On fine evenings (of which there are a lot in Southern California) Kourtney might just set up a giant screen in the grounds, throw in some beds, and host a kid-friendly movie night. The kids apparently love it. Sometimes they even talk Kourtney into a sleep-over.

And guess which room is Kourtney's favorite? It's her sanctuary, her bedroom. Bliss for her is to be able to take a break from the family life she loves and spend some "me time" on her own. It doesn't happen all that often though! There are too many things going on in Kourtney's life, from kids to businesses, for her to be able to spend much time on her own.
