Next on our list of actors who can sing really well is Johnny Depp. Thanks to his great vocal capabilities, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor won roles in the movie musical Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. In addition to singing, Depp is also pretty good at playing the guitar. According to Classic FM, Depp was featured as a guitarist on the soundtracks for Once Upon a Time in Mexico and Chocolat.

The following year Johansson released a collaborative album Break Up with singer Pete Yorn. Acting, writing songs, playing piano, and the guitar — when it comes to music, the Twilight actor goes all in. He is not a stranger to appearing on soundtrack albums either — he sang on two tracks for the Twilight soundtrack and three tracks for his 2008 movie How to Be.

In an old interview with the Los Angeles Times, when he was asked whether he would consider doing more music apart from movie soundtracks, the actor said: "Music is my backup plan if acting fails. I don’t want to put all my eggs in one basket.”

In 2017, Bradley directed and starred alongside Lady Gaga in a musical drama A Star Is Born. All the music was recorded live for the movie, which was something Gaga really wanted. In an interview with Vulture, Cooper said: "[Lady Gaga] said right from the beginning: ‘I’m going to rely on you to get a performance that’s honest out of me […] and I’m going to make sure that you’re going to turn into a musician. Because we’re going to sing everything live.’ And I went, ‘Wait, what?’"
