Jennifer Aniston is one of the most beautiful and sought-after women on Earth... This must be supremely intimidating for most men who come into her life. But someone as rich and successful as Adam Sandler? No way, right?

Wrong.

Adam Sandler actually needed advice on how to kiss her when the two co-starred in Netflix's Murder Mystery.

This advice, by-the-way, came from Adam's own wife...

According to People, Adam met his actor wife Jackie on the set of Big Daddy back in 1999 and they've been inseparable ever since. In fact, they're often seen as an ideal Hollywood couple; one that can healthily balance a bit of spotlight with their private life. This is very apparent in some of their more swoon-worthy photos.

The couple may also be ideal because they appear extremely secure in their relationship. Never has that been more apparent than when Jackie pushed for her husband to throw himself into a make-out session with one of the biggest stars in the world... Especially one that he clearly has a strong report with. Heck, Adam and Jennifer even consider themselves to be close friends, according to their interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

How could a wife not be jealous of that?

Jackie Is A BIG Fan Of Jennifer Aniston

In his December 2019 interview on The Howard Stern Show, Adam went into detail about the make-out scene he had with Jennifer Aniston in Netflix's Murder Mystery.

Howard was curious about Jackie's mindset when she gave some kissing tips to Adam. After all, most spouses would absolutely lose it if they saw their partner locking lips with a hot celebrity, regardless of whether or not it was for a movie. But not Jackie Sandler... In fact, she completely approved of Adam getting into the romantic zone with the gorgeous Friends star.

Adam said that he was holding back a bit while filming the kissing scene with Rachel Greene. This is because he was trying to be respectful of both his wife and Jennifer. But this just didn't fly...

Jackie is apparently a big fan of Jennifer Aniston. In fact, Adam said that Jackie thinks "she's the greatest". The two even text back-and-forth. And whatever Jennifer says, Jackie is all about. She just loves this woman and is even influenced by her in her private life. If Jennifer Aniston's onto a new drink, so is Jackie.

Yeah, that's some fan-girl.

So, it's clear that Jackie was comfortable with her husband having such an intimate moment with Jennifer. But getting him to put more passion into his kiss is another thing entirely.

The Scene Just Wasn't Working

We're not sure if Jackie got any glee from watching her husband film a kissing scene with Jennifer Aniston, but she definitely felt it needed improvement. According to Cheat Sheet, Jackie started yelling things out to Adam to get him to enhance the scene...

He said, "When we kissed, the only awkward part is hearing my wife on the side go, ‘Harder! Harder! Kiss her harder! Deeper!’”

To top things off, Jackie yelled, "Give her something nice!"

Even Jennifer agreed that it was incredibly awkward...

But, hey, the scene looked a lot better thanks to Jackie's emphatic notes...

Jackie Encourages Her Husband To Commit To All His Intimate Scenes

Jackie Sandler is clearly very supportive of her husband's career and wants him just to go for it. During his interview with Howard Stern, Adam claimed that Jackie also encouraged him to kiss his co-star harder in Uncut Gems.

This was one of the few movies where we got to see Adam in multiple intimate scenes. He told Howard that he's usually uncomfortable doing them as he doesn't think anyone should see him in that situation... "It's horrible".

Scenes where Adam is without clothes, like when his character was in the trunk of a car in Uncut Gems, are truly uncomfortable for him to film. He hates that all of the crew members are seeing his bare body, let alone millions of viewers.

The same goes for kissing scenes.

But Jackie clearly disagrees as she knows that these scenes are important for the authenticity of the characters' relationship. This same topic came up years earlier when Adam was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote his romantic movie with Drew Barrymore...

“It’s like the best thing that my wife loves Drew so much that she like encourages me. There’s no jealousy at all. She’s just like, ‘Get in there!’ … We’re [Adam and Drew] doing a nice romantic scene and I think I’m doing pretty great being as romantic as I can be and then like – Okay, moving on, let’s go, that was great, Drew. Good job. And I’m walking away and I just see my wife like (shaking her head)…‘What’s the matter?’ [And she says] ‘Just please, for the sake of women, get in there and just look a little more alive.'”

There's no way Adam isn't impressed by his wife's security and chutzpah. After all, it's straight-up awesome!

Although, it definitely makes things a little awkward on set.
