Well it happened again. Angela and Michael from 90 Day Fiancé broke up again for the hundredth time (it hasn’t really been that much but it kind of feels like it). The famous couple has appeared on the 90 Day Fiancé franchise a few times, including season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé, seasons 2 and 3 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, and the newest season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?.
Every season they’ve been on they have had at least one break up. It usually starts with Angela yelling at Michael because of something he did or said, they have a huge fight, and then they say they’re breaking up. But those breaks up usually don’t last that long.
Some fans thought they might have finally ended their relationship for good this season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, since Angela saw a divorce lawyer, but the two of them eventually made up and seem like they’re going to stay together. Let’s take a look at all of the times Angela and Michael almost called it quits.
7 When Michael Called Angela His “Elder”
The first time Angela and Michael broke up on 90 Day Fiancé was during the Tell All for season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Michael called Angela his “elder” while he was talking during the show and Angela was definitely not okay with that. According to Heavy, “Angela threw her engagement ring on the table and stormed out of the room, calling Michael an ‘idiot,’ and a ‘son of a b*tch’ for embarrassing her on national television. However, after the special aired, Angela said that the two reconciled shortly after and never actually split up.”
6 When Michael Confessed To Cheating On Angela
Before the Tell All, Angela went to see Michael in Nigeria in season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days and Michael admitted he cheated on her. “Michael originally told her that a girl in his neighborhood needed a ride home and didn’t have any money, so he offered her a ride in exchange for oral sex. Michael even admitted during a confessional that he received oral sex, but he said that was the only time he had cheated on Angela,” according to Heavy. That confession led to Angela and Michael almost breaking up again.
5 When Angela Tried To Leave Her Trip To Nigeria Early
Since Angela’s trip to Nigeria didn’t go so well, she tried to leave early and wanted to break up with Michael again. Even though it seemed like they talked through Michael cheating on her, she was still upset about it. According to Heavy, “Angela was so upset that she decided to head back to America early, but when she started packing her things, Michael tried to stop her from leaving. He tried blocking the doorway before Angela pushed him out of the way, and the two ended up in a scuffle before Angela walked off. ‘It’s over,’ she said as she walked away. ‘He made me look like a f–king fool.’”
4 When Michael Didn’t Tell Angela They Were Meeting With Girls
When Michael and Angela went to meet up with Michael’s friend in Nigeria, Angela didn’t expect girls to be there too. Three girls showed up when they were supposed to be meeting with Michael’s guy friend, so Angela got really upset he didn’t tell her. She assumed he was talking to those girls behind her back since he didn’t tell her they were going to be there. They ended up having a huge fight where Angela was screaming at Michael and telling them “there won’t be a marriage.”
3 When Angela Threw Cake In Michael’s Face
On a different trip to Nigeria, Angela gets in another huge fight with Michael. Michael told Angela he’s never been to a boat dock they were going to for his birthday and she accused him of lying about it. Michael ended up having to sleep in his car and he admitted he lied, but he tried to make up with Angela with a cake he got for her. When he tried to give the cake to her and apologize, she threw it in his face and walked away. At that moment, Michael questioned if he should still be with Angela. But they made up again shortly after that.
2 When Angela And Michael Almost Didn’t Get Married
When Angela and Michael found out his K-1 visa was denied, they were both devastated. They had to make some tough decisions to be able to be together. They ended up getting married in Nigeria, so they could apply for the spousal visa, but they had some doubts before their wedding. During season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, Angela said on camera, “I guess I should be happy to get down the altar, but the reality is there’s just too much going through my mind right now… It’s just really too much to process.” Michael and Angela had been arguing about cultural differences before this and they still had some trust issues. But they still got married and chose to be together despite all of their disagreements.
1 When Michael Didn’t Call Angela After Her Surgery
After Michael and Angela got married, Angela had to go back to the U.S., so they could apply for the spousal visa. They tied the knot on January 27, 2020 and have been waiting for the visa to be approved since then. While they were apart, Angela decided to get weight loss surgery to help her health improve. Although Angela did it to become healthier, Michael was against it since she had to get breast reduction surgery too. This started a huge fight where the two of them didn’t even talk to each other for a while and Angela almost divorced Michael. She was really upset he didn’t call her after her surgery and thought she shouldn’t be with him since he didn’t support her during that time.
Later on, Michael calls Angela to apologize and they make up again. It seems like no matter how many times they fight and almost break up they always get back together again. They’ve shown the world that you never give up on the person you love no matter how hard things get.
