Coming from a family of big talents, it was not surprising when this amazing designer took the world by storm. Stella McCartney is the daughter of former Beatle, Sir Paul McCartney, and late photographer Linda Eastman. From a very early age, she was creative and interested in fashion. 11 She Owns A Sustainable Kidswear Line

Much like her parents, Stella McCartney is committed to helping protect the environment. With that in mind, years ago, she launched Stella McCartney Kids, a line of kidswear that is proudly sustainable. There aren't many clothing lines for kids that uses only eco-friendly material, and Stella is very proud to be changing the course of the industry. She defines her line as a "pioneer" in the fashion world, and hopes to make a real change.

10 She Designed Meghan Markle's Wedding Dress

For their special day, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry decided to ask one of the best designers in the United Kingdom to design the dress for the wedding reception. Stella was more than happy to accept. Meghan looked stunning in it, and Stella realized that she had done such an amazing job that she wanted to recreate it. She went on to make a capsule collection called Made With Love, and a few lucky people were able to buy the dress the Duchess of Sussex wore at her reception.

9 She Made The Court Dresses For The 2019 Wimbledon Tournament

In 2019, Stella McCartney's collaboration with Adidas brought sustainable sportswear to the Wimbledon Tournament. She designed the clothes that elite athletes such as Angelique Kerber, Caroline Wozniacki, Garbiñe Muguruza, and more, wore for the tournament.

"The new adidas by Stella McCartney Tennis collection is here, and it serves up a fusion of iconic British style, innovative technology and sustainable design, crafted from recycled materials and cutting down on water consumption," reads her website. Stella still designs sportswear for Adidas, so readers can buy her sustainable clothes.

8 She Created The 'Stella McCartney Cares' Foundation

One of the most traumatic events in Stella's life was the loss of her mother, Linda. She passed away in 1998 after a fierce battle with breast cancer, and ever since, Stella has been working on raising awareness on breast cancer prevention. She created the Stella McCartney Cares Foundation to help women who suffer the disease, and just people in general who want to learn to prevent it.

"One of the two primary causes of the Stella McCartney Cares Foundation, Stella McCartney Cares Pink is the next step in making a deeper and more comprehensive contribution, with a focus on patients, survivors and their loved ones," the foundation's website says. "Since 2018 Stella McCartney Cares has been offering the Louise Listening bra for free through this website. The bra is shipped around the world without any cost implication for the recipient, as we believe every woman has the right feel feminine and supported through this difficult time."

7 She Partnered With Greenpeace

This year, Stella partnered with Greenpeace for a campaign to save the Amazon rainforest. She created a collection made of organic cotton to raise awareness of the importance of eco-friendly fashion, and made a generous donation to Greenpeace through her foundation. Many celebrities joined her campaign and shared pictures wearing her beautiful collection, including Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, Priyanka Chopra, and of course, her Papa.

6 She Designed Jewelry Inspired In 'Alice In Wonderland'

Tim Burton's work seems to attract literally everyone. Starring Anne Hathaway and Helena Bonham CarterAlice in Wonderland became a source of inspiration for Stella.

In 2010, she partnered with Disney to create a limited-edition jewelry line inspired in the movie. She created a beautiful necklace and bracelet, with charms that represent the different characters and iconic objects from the movies.

5 She Joined World Leaders At The G7

Earlier this year, Stella joined the G7 Summit in Cornwall. She was there as one of the representatives of the fashion industry, with the purpose of signing an important document that hopes to encourage sustainable business practices.

"By signing the #TerraCarta at the #G7UK, I join public and private leaders in supporting the transition towards a more sustainable future – promoting business practices like regenerative farming, reducing our emissions, incentivising cruelty-free alternatives and more," she shared with her followers. 3 She Was Awarded An OBE

Much like her father and many members of her family, Stella has contributed a great deal to her country and to the world, so in 2013, Queen Elizabeth II appointed her as Officer of the Order of the British Empire. She's not the first McCartney to receive an honor like this. In the '60s, her dad was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire along with his bandmates in The Beatles. Then, in 1997, he received a knighthood that made him Sir Paul McCartney. He's undoubtedly proud of his amazing daughter.

2 She Designed Taylor Swift's 'Evermore' Wardrobe

Taylor Swift made the headlines several times last year with the release of two incredible albums, Folklore and Evermore. Both of them came out as a surprise to her fans, but not to Stella. It's no secret that Taylor gets along with the McCartney family. After Folklore, she did an extensive interview with Paul McCartney for Rolling Stone magazine. Knowing that, it makes sense that she would ask Stella to design the clothes she used for the cover of Evermore. It wasn't the first time she designed her outfits, but it's certainly a very memorable occasion. The clothes are all made of sustainable material.

1 She's One Of The Founders Of The 'Meat Free Monday' Campaign

Ever since, decades ago, Paul and Linda decided they wanted to put a stop to the cruelty animals were put through, the McCartney family has been vegetarian. Along with her dad and her sister Mary, in 2009, Stella launched the Meat Free Monday campaign. The premise of it is pretty simple: anyone who isn't a vegetarian or a vegan but is interested in reducing their meat consumption can ease into it by not eating meat on Mondays. It's a very smart way of promoting their lifestyle while still making people feel comfortable with the transition.
