The Amazing Race is gearing up to air its 33rd season. The adventure reality game show pits teams of 2 against each other as they race around the world completing challenges. Whoever is last during each leg of the race gets eliminated and one team in the end wins the $1 million prize.

Overtime, The Amazing Race has seen a lot of teams come and go and has had 32 different winning teams. Winning $1 million can be life changing. Not only does the money change their life but winning a reality show gives them a sense of fame in the reality show world. Some teams have gone on to live normal lives while others continue to be public figures. The show has even seen people from other reality/competition shows such as Big Brother and Survivor.

10 Cody And Jessica Nickson

Cody Nickson and Jessica Graf met on season 19 of Big Brother. After not having much success with winning on that show, they tried their luck on season 30 of TAR and wound up winning. Shortly after winning, they became engaged and announced they were expecting. The couple got married in October 2018. They now share two daughters- Maverick and Carter together and co-parent Nickson's daughter, Paisley, from a previous relationship. She has started her own blog and fashion line, while Cody founded his own coffee business.

9 Dana Alexa And Matt Steffanina

Dana Alexa And Matt Steffanina were engaged during season 28, but sadly, split up that same year, after five years together. The dancers do not have bad blood between them, despite Alexa being devastated when Steffanina left her. She founded a Three Six Zero, a dance-based wellness community. Meanwhile he is still a dancer and choreographer and has been dating dancer, Destiny Kaye for two years now.

8 Will Jardell And James Wallington

Will and James competed together on the most recent season and wound up winning it all. Shortly after their 2020 win, they got married. Since then, the couple has taken trips to Disneyland, spent time with their adorable dog, hung out with friends and delivered the most adorable photos on Instagram. The wedding pictures from their October 2021 date are too cute for words.

7 Rob Frisbee And Brennan Swain

The original winners of the show, Rob Frisbee and Brennan Swain, are still friends to this day. Talk about TV bringing people together! Swain is the godfather to Frisbee's son and recently celebrated 20 years of friendship and of winning the race. Frisbee is an attorney and writes for TV and film on the side. Swain works at a Los Angeles law firm, which specializes in copyright, patent law and intellectual property.

6 Christie Lee Woods And Colin Guinn

In a race against past The Amazing Race contestants, as well as Big Brother pairs and Survivor pairs, Christie Lee Woods and Colin Guinn took home the win on season 31. They previously competed on season 5. The couple is still together and have two sons and a dog together. They still love nature and spend a lot of time outdoors.

5 Chip Arndt And Reichen Lehmkuhl

Chip and Reichen were the first gay couple to complete on and win the show. On season 4, they were dating, but split up shortly after winning the show. Arndt is an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and helps to promote many causes. He is also the executive vice president at Flimp Communications and a dog dad to Joshua.

Lehmkuhl started dating Lance Bass after the show and was in a relationship with Bass, when the former boy bander came out publicly. Since starring on The Amazing Race, he has appeared on a few other shows including The A-List: New York and Up to the Sky.

4 Joyce And Uchenna Agu

Joyce and Uchenna Agu won season 7. They came back for All-Stars, in which they placed fifth. Sadly, they did not stay together. The couple broke up in 2011 but remained close friends. Uchenna has become a motivational speaker and the occasional actor. Joyce is a former actress, who was supposed to be working on a memoir, but it was never published.

3 The Linz Family

In the first ever family edition of the show, The Linz family- Nick, Alex, Tommy and Megan took home the win on season 8. The siblings said on the show that they gave half of their winnings to their parents. The Linz parents shared a small update on where their children are today. Nick is married and living in Cincinnati with children. Alex is married with a child and works with Nick at Tripack. Megan is also married with children and is a stay-at-home mom. Tommy is single and works in sales.

2 Nick And Starr Spangler

Nick and Starr Spangler were a brother and sister pair who won season 13. Nick got married in 2013 and now has two children. He went on to appear in "Tootsie" and is still an actor to this day. As for Starr, she overcame lymphoma and married Tyler Rey in 2013. She currently works as a senior manager in the global change and operations department at Facebook.

1 Nat Strand And Kat Chang

Nat Strand and Kat Chang won season 14. They are both still doctors and best to this day. Strand is married with two children and raises awareness for diabetes. Chang is married with two children and a physician. They were the first female team to win The Amazing Race.
