Aubrey Anderson-Emmons is an American child actress known for her role as Lily Tucker-Pritchett on ABC's Modern Family.

The star was born on June 6 of 2007, in Santa Monica, California. She is the daughter of Korean American Amy Anderson and Kent Emmons, who are separated.

The love for the cameras comes from the family. Her mother is a stand-up comedian and actress, while her father is a media entrepreneur. Aubrey has a half-sister named Ashley.

Aubrey's Acting Career

The young actress joined the cast of Modern Family in its third season in 2011. She spent almost a decade as a series' regular, where she has increased cultural diversity awareness as an Asian American playing a trans-racial adoptee of gay parents.

In 2014, she also had a role in the film Distance. However, a couple of years ago, attending a trip to New York City, Aubrey fell in love with the musical theater.

She made history at the age of four by becoming the youngest ever nominee and recipient of a Screen Actor Guild Award for her performance as Lily Tucker-Pritchett on the hit show. Aubrey also was the youngest celebrity to walk the Primetime Emmy Award red carpet in 2012 and 2013.

The actress's plans include dancing, specifically Latin ballroom. She told Showbiz Cheat Sheet she'd love to be on Dancing with the Stars.

For several seasons, Aubrey's salary per episode was $35,000. However, from 2018 the young actress started earning $70,000 per episode.

The Hiller twins played Lily at the beginning of the sitcom. However, both babies were not pleased to be on set.
