The internet lost its collective mind when a mom from South Carolina posted a video to social media that showed her son feeding her french fries as she breastfed him.

While breastfeeding in public continues to be a hot button issue for some, a baby named Zachary decided to show the world that he whole-heartedly approves, so much so that he was willing to prove his appreciation by taking french fries from his sister's dinner plate and feeding them to his mother, Paula Goodwin.

Back in June 2016, Goodwin and her family, including her sister, Traci, were out enjoying family time at a Mexican restaurant in South Carolina when little Zachary indicated that he was hungry for something that was not on the menu. Goodwin obliged and began to breastfeed her son right at the restaurant's dinner table when Zachary decided to be the most considerate baby ever and proceeded to win the heart of the internet.

The then 18-month-old reached over to his then 8-year-old sister's plate of french fries and tried to grab one. His sister saw what he was doing and kindly positioned his hand so that he could have better access to the salty snacks. With one firmly in his tiny hand, he lifted it right up to Goodwin's mouth. She gratefully accepted and the two quickly established a routine. Zachary's hand to his sister's plate, grab the french fry, lift to mom's mouth, mom eats the fry. The actual video clip is very short but it's clear that the mother and son duo shared a magical moment right there in the Mexican restaurant.

Goodwin initially shared the clip on her social media account when the event happened in 2016 but for some reason, the greasy moment of true love between a mother and son has only gone viral now in 2019 when Goodwin decided to post it again as Today reports. As of this writing, the short video has been seen more than 2 million times and has a whole host of hilarious comments such as, "teamwork makes the dream work lol" and "I hope my 4-month-old will be this thoughtful when he’s older."

"This was a moment I’ll never forget and am so ecstatic we got it on video!” Goodwin wrote of the incident. "Needless to say my adventures in breastfeeding have been awesome."
