Bullied at University

A fan twitted "when Lady Gaga was in university, there was a Facebook group called "Stefani Germanotta, you'll never be famous," and now she is the FIRST woman in history to win an Oscar, Grammy, BAFTA, and Golden Globe all in the same year."

At the 2019 Oscars, Gaga was overwhelmed with emotion as she walked to the stage to collect her Best Original Song for Shallow (from A Star is Born).

In her acceptance speech, the tearful pop star thanked co-star and director Bradley Cooper profusely, saying he was the only person she could have performed it with. At the Golden Globes, the Rain On Me singer accepted the Best Original Song award alongside her co-writers Andrew Wyatt, Anthony Rossomando, and Mark Ronson. A few days later, Gaga tight with Glenn Close in the Best Actress category at the Critics' Choice Movie Awards while also picking up the Best Song award for Shallow. She also won a Grammy in the category of Best Pop Solo Performance for Joanne.

The singer and her co-star Bradley play lovers in the film. The movie is about a musician who helps a young singer find her way in the music industry.

Besides her classmates, Lady Gaga also had a boyfriend that told her that she would never succeed in her career.

Celebs Who've Dissed Gaga

Some celebrities have thrown some serious shade, had beef, or gave side-eyes towards Lady Gaga. Following Gaga's performance at the Oscars in 2015, Shonda Rhimes tweeted that she didn't like Gaga's presentation. In contrast, Julie Andrews expressed her gratitude towards Gaga and told her she loved her interpretation.

In a demo track called So Legit, Lana Del Rey, the singer, described Gaga as a selfish and narcissistic person. Some fans have speculated that their beef was because Lana and Gaga used to share a manager, and he allegedly favored Gaga.
