But there is something so astounding about seeing a group of talented individuals joining together to perform exceptional songs. Here are some of the most amazing boy bands and girl bands in recent history.

10 Jonas Brothers

The Jonas Brothers boy band consists of three brothers: Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Nick Jonas. The three brothers have been together since 2005. They gained a lot of popularity thanks to the Disney Channel because they starred in the Camp Rock movie franchise with Demi Lovato and they also starred in their own show which was titled after their last name. They’ve been releasing music steadily for the last several years and they released more new music in 2020.

9 Little Mix

Little Mix has been around since 2011. They were bought together during the eighth series of the British version of X-Factor. The show is a talent competition show that tries to wrangle together some of the most top-notch talents ever. The group is made up of Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock. In 2020, Jesy Nelson decided to leave the group but she was once part of Little Mix as well.

8 Backstreet Boys

The Backstreet Boys got together back in 1993 in Orlando, Florida. They are one of the older bands on this list but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t still as beloved. The group is made up of Nick Carter, Howie Darryl, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, and Kevin Richardson. Their music was a lot of fun to listen to in the 90s and early 2000s filled with all of its pop, R&B, and dance vibes.

It started out with Wanita Woodgett, Aundrea Fimbres, Aubrey O’Day, Dawn Richard, and Shannon Bex. Two of the members left dwindling the group of five down to three but the three girls who chose to stay continue to release music regardless. Their record labels are Bad Boy Records, Atlantic Records, and Warner Music Group.

6 *NSYNC

It started off with four members but ended up dwindling down to three by the time the third movie was released.
