Want to be like Beyoncé? Unless your name is Keri Hilson or Becky With The you-know-what, we know you do. She's Beyoncé.

Despite having a surprisingly active social media presence lately, Beyoncé herself isn't the best person to learn her best little secrets and tips from. That honor belongs to Ms. Tina, Bey's own mother and former fashion designer for Destiny's Child.

Here's the advice Ms. Tina had for the hive today:

It's All About Labels

In a post shared to her IG, Tina Knowles Lawson explained the true gravity of this statement Beyoncé made to an interviewer way back when she was filming 'Austin Powers: Goldmember' in 2002.

In the clip, Beyoncé is asked if she considers herself to be on top of the game- or in the interviewers words, "a queen." B responds with this:

"I don't know if I'm the queen of anything yet. I'm working towards that...it is, it is very flattering but I don't think that's something you should label yourself that's something you have to earn and someone has to give you."

'Humility Is Attractive'

Ms Tina's own commentary on Bey's response speaks volumes, too. Her caption explains how at the time of the interview, Beyoncé already had multiple Grammys and Billboard Awards, about "19 other major awards" and was "practically a household word."

Trust a mom to talk you up! But Tina's analysis acknowledges that it was B's humility that took her to even greater heights.

"She still realized that she had a long way to go and a lot to learn and a lot more hard work and sacrifice to do to perfect her craft, before she would feel comfortable being called a queen of anything," Tina's caption continues. "Humility is attractive. Good page out of her playbook."

It's Not The First Ms. Tina Tip

Bey's mom's IG is a treasure trove of good advice and behind-the-scenes Knowles family knowlesdge. In the post shared above, Tina quotes Beyoncé in an article clipped by @TheHaleyHive.

"I've also learned your time is the most valuable asset you own, and you have to use it wisely," Bey says in the quote. She goes on to reference her mom directly. "I learned the importance of honoring my word and commitments from her." Aw.
