‘Big Brother: All-Stars’ was back with yet another drama-filled episode! Tonight we saw houseguests battle it out in a psychedelic power of veto competition where Cody took the win! While there has been a lot of talk about backdooring members of The Committee, it seems as if the head of household, Cody Calafiore, wanted to keep his fellow alliance members safe by putting up David and Kevin.
While it seemed as if everyone was on board, this POV could have changed everything! One person who has been trying to change things up is none other than Dani. The ‘Big Brother’ veteran is aiming to get Christmas out of the house, showing her true colors. While Dani has played it sweet this season, she’s got herself a tough side and it stems from her dad and fellow ‘Big Brother’ legend, Dick Donato. With viewers focused on Dani’s moves this week, they’re also wondering whether the iconic Donato duo still speaks or not. Let’s find out!
Do Dani & Evel Dick Speak?
We were first introduced to the iconic father and daughter duo on ‘Big Brother 8’, where Dick and Danielle Donato first appeared on our screens. While the two have made names for themselves in this game, they appeared to have been unstoppable together. The two made quite the impact on their season and knew how to play the game better than anyone, as Dick Donato was crowned the winner and Dani coming in as runner-up.
Although Dani has remained Dani, Dick took on the nickname of Evel Dick due to his abrasive behavior within the house. While he is a total love him or hate him type player, it managed to secure him and Dani on yet another season. The two returned for ‘Big Brother 13’ as a team, however, things took a turn when Dick had to leave the house due to health complications. Although it seemed as if they worked well together, the two seemingly put all of their drama aside when it comes to ‘Big Brother’.
Dani has made it clear that she and Dick do not have a good relationship, and haven’t for quite some time. While they may not speak regularly, Dani revealed that they make a great duo when it comes to the game, but they cannot stand one another outside of the ‘Big Brother’ house. While neither Dani nor Dick have made it clear what caused their rift, it seems to have stemmed from money.
Evel Dick released a blog post a few years ago that has since been deleted, declaring Dani as a terrible person, who allegedly borrowed money from her dad without ever paying it back or saying “thank you”. Although the two aren’t speaking, that isn’t stopping Dick from commenting on Dani’s performance this season. The ‘BB’ veteran said that Dani is “hard to root for” this time around, and has become the very girl he always hated watching on the show. It’s clear that things haven’t gotten better, and Dani and Dick remain uninvolved within each other’s lives.
