Billie Eilish is making headlines again! This time, it comes after her brother and producer Finneas asks fans to report a mean-spirited account that's spreading lies about the 19-year-old singer.

Eilish and her brother have stuck together through thick and thin, making their big break into the music industry. Speaking about their experience writing songs and finding fame together, Finneas shared to Vogue, "We just love each other and are honest with each other, and we speak the same creative language. There’s no other person I like working with as much as my sister."

Since working with Eilish on her debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, Finneas has won multiple awards and worked with other popular performers like Justin Bieber, Camila Cabello, and John Legend.

Now, this award-winning producer has hit Twitter with a strongly worded message about a troll account that's dedicated to sharing misinformation about his sister. A fan shared the fake "updates" account with him and wrote, "5k quotes again can you do something right for once and get this account suspended thank u."

He snapped back writing, "Fake obviously. Honestly I just wish they’d label this account satire like The Onion or something. I have no problem with a joke as long as people know it’s a joke."

Before this, he tweeted about the same account. He wrote, "Also the account BilliesUpdatess is posting relentless lies about Billie so if you see that account, report and block Em."

The account, known as @BilliesUpdatess, has 1,140 followers and currently brands itself as a "parody account" in its bio. It is a new disclaimer, popping up about 12 hours ago, at the time of writing.

@BilliesUpdatess purposefully posts controversial tweets about the "Bad Guy" singer and disguises itself as a news account.

Fans quickly took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the account. One fan wrote, "The thing is these aren’t harmless jokes, that person doesn’t like Billie at all and they are setting her up. please contact Billie's team and try to get rid of the account."

A third fan said, "People believing the Billie Eilish updates acc tho. They may be kidding/baiting but if this much people are believing, they're actually hurting Billie fr now lmao how are they not suspended?"

As of now, it seems as though the troll account has tried to rectify the situation by clearly identifying as a parody account. However, fans don't seem to be satisfied and want further justice for their idol.
