10 The Worst: She Told Everyone Adrienne Didn't Carry Her Own Children
Adrienne Maloof is one of the OGs of RHOBH. She was formerly married to Botched's Paul Nassif, and viewers saw their relationship decline over time. But Adrienne's relationship with her ex-husband wasn't the only thing on the rocks — her friendship with Brandi was in rough shape, too.
Brandi started a rumor that Adrienne and Paul used a surrogate to carry their twins, a storyline on RHOBH that was incredibly sensitive. Attacking Adrienne for something she wanted to keep under wraps was cruel to say the least, especially since the surrogacy rumor was true. Adrienne and Paul just weren't ready to talk about it yet.
9 Not So Bad: She Protected Kim
Kim Richards and Brandi Glanville didn't necessarily hit it off when they first met. Brandi inserted herself between Kim and Kyle's family drama, and the three of them were at each other's throats for years. One night, however, Brandi randomly felt sorry for Kim and became her protector while all the women were talking about her issues around sobriety.
All of a sudden it was Brandi and Kim vs. the world. Seeing how quickly Brandi's tune can change and how she took care of a woman in need spoke volumes about her character.
8 The Worst: Brandi Should Have Been Fired Long Ago
It's been said that Brandi wasn't asked to return as a main housewife for season 6 because of the comments she made towards Andy Cohen. However, a few of Brandi's past remarks are coming to light, proving she's not as kind as she thinks she is.
When Joyce Giraud, a former Miss Puerto Rico beauty queen, was on the show, Brandi made crude remarks about her race when Joyce didn't feel comfortable swimming. Brandi also continued to call her the wrong name because "I find her annoying." These remarks are anything but okay.
7 Not So Bad: She Adores Her Kids
When Brandi was married to Eddie Cibrian, the couple had two sons: Mason and Jake. And while Brandi may be controversial, it seems she would do anything for her sons.
In fact, thanks to COVID-19, Brandi spoke about her devastation about being away from her kids during such crazy times because they split time between her home and Eddie's.
6 The Worst: Everything She's Said About LeAnn Rimes
Brandi has been very open about her ex-husband Eddie's transgressions with other women. Things came to an ugly head when he had an affair with his co-star LeAnn Rimes, which ultimately ended his marriage to Brandi. Eddie went on to marry Rimes, which made Brandi spiteful. What transpired was years and years of defamation and allegations. The three seem to be on a better path now but the relationship between Brandi and LeAnn seems like it will always be icy.
5 Not So Bad: Her Books Are Oddly Helpful
In 2013, Brandi became an author when she wrote Drinking & Tweeting and Other Brandi Blunders. Drinking and tweeting was Brandi's strong suit, so writing a book about it seemed right up her alley. The book was an instant hit and became a New York Times Best Seller. Critics found the book oddly relatable and hilarious. What followed was another book called Drinking & Dating: P.S. Social Media is Ruining Romance. This time, her book focused on being a single mother and entering the dating scene.
4 The Worst: She's Not Afraid To Get Physical
Brandi was far younger than her co-stars on RHOBH, making her personality off-putting to some of the other more established housewives on the show. While all the women got loud and emotional when they had drunken arguments, Brandi got violent. She has slapped Lisa Vanderpump, shoved Kyle during a disagreement with Kim Richards, and she threw a glass of wine on Eileen. As an adult with millions of people watching her, she's too much of a loose cannon.
3 Not So Bad: She's Outlandish But Speaks Her Truth
Putting aside Brandi's violent outburst and problematic remarks, she does speak the truth at times. After being best friends with Lisa Vanderpump, the two had a falling out. Brandi claimed Lisa told her she was trying to "take Kyle down," a statement that jilted the cast. Lisa denied ever saying that while Brandi stood by what she said. Once Lisa departed from the show, her former castmates started to think Brandi may have been telling the truth. Similarly, in season 10, Brandi claimed she had a fling with Denise Richards. Denise furiously denied it until Brandi posted pictures of herself kissing a woman who looked very similar to Denise.
2 The Worst: Her Bad Behavior Follows Her Even When She's Not Filming
Brandi's bad behavior doesn't just happen in front of the Bravo cameras. She has had her share of drunken moments caught by paparazzi. She even cried to her Instagram followers saying she "embarrassed" her children with her behavior.
In 2018, Brandi once again found herself in hot water after allegedly punching a man at a Halloween party. Brandi claims she didn't hit anyone but DJ K-LUV claimed otherwise. According to People, he told police a "woman punched him in the face and split his lip — and that Glanville attacked him as well."
1 Not So Bad: She Doesn't Hold Grudges
For as many altercations and arguments as Brandi has had, it's a testament to her character that she's able to get over these disputes. She's able to cut grudges and make amends with those who have wronged her. This includes Vanderpump Rules star, Scheana Marie, after Brandi found out she slept with her husband. The two had altercations on TV and social media for years before being able to bury the hatchet.
