Britney Spears has made her triumphant return to Instagram — a week after abruptly de-activating her account — much to the relief of her legion of fans who have been hoping to get a glimpse of the singer's new life as a married woman. Brit marked her return with a poolside snap, letting fans know things are “coming together” and her new house is “sick.”

The Princess of Pop looked bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as she posed bikini-clad next to the pool at her new Calabasas, California mansion. Brit had her hallmark blonde locks on display — though somewhat tousled — as she smiled and declared in the caption: “life is good.”
The post is undeniably Britney — in case any fans were worried that this leopard would re-emerge from her hiatus with changed spots. The post had all of the tropes fans have come to expect from the Grammy award-winning singer, including a dig at her family, even though her “social media musings” could end up getting her deposed by her father, Jamie Spears.
“Haven’t been on my honeymoon yet … got married and moved into a new house around the same time … not the smartest thing to do … 🤧🤧🤧🤔🤔🤔 … oh well it’s coming together,” the 40-year-old revealed to her 41 million followers. “It’s so weird I wake up and everything is new … new pool … new kitchen … new bed … I think I’m in shock !!”

The singer recently moved into a new $11.8 million mansion in Calabasas, and she sounds thrilled about her new spot. The Toxic singer said her new yard is “sick” and her dogs are in “pig heaven,” before dropping one of the famous ‘Britneyisms’ that fans have come to expect: “I definitely like being outside but I also like being inside too.”
Britney may have been frolicking in the sun, but she still managed to find some shade to throw at her family. “Change is so great … as my kids say … that’s fetch 🙄🙄🙄😜😜😜🙈🙈🙈 !!! Since I’m so uncool … yes I will keep sharing … it keeps me on track … my family has always had a way of letting me know,” the singer wrote.
Queen B wrapped up her post by letting the Britney Army know that she’d taken a trip on her new slide — which she says is “hella fast” — and enjoyed a steak prepared by her husband.
