She recently took to Instagram to post an image of two little girls balancing upside down by propping against a wall, and it didn't take long for fans to evaluate this as being another topsy-turvy, cryptic cry for help.

Fans are diving right in to the deciphering phase with this post. Clearly a fan of black and white imagery, the photo of the two upside down girls may very well be symbolic of Britney's life being upside down as well. Perhaps the little girls serve as some sort of correlation to the child-like voice that Britney has exhibited in recent videos.
