Britney Spears fans have commented on how sad the "Sometimes" singer has been looking in her videos lately.
On Thursday, Britney celebrated her boyfriend Sam Asghari's 27th birthday. The 39-year-old shared a video to Instagram of her and Asghari doing a rendition of her song "Toxic" while in the shower.
The robe-clad couple separately danced in her glass shower, using their mouths to hit the last note of her song, with Spears asking her followers, "Who did it better?"
She gushed in the caption: "Happy birthday to the man that always makes me laugh!!!!!"
Even though the mom-of-two was clearly seen smearing her face on the glass, some eagled-eyed fans claim she had been crying.
"Recently she always looks like she's been crying a lot. Her eyeliner was always dark but now it's puddled way below her eyes," one fan wrote online.
"Definitely. You can see by her eyes. Sad though I really hope Sam is helping not hindering her," a second agreed.
"She always looks as though she's been on a massive night out, slept in her clothes and make up at a mates house and has had to go straight to her job without a shower, wearing her clubbing outfit," a third chimed in.
Last Friday, she shared a video wearing her now trademark yellow top with striped mini shorts. Brit was seen in the clip, spinning and dancing to Shawn Mendes and Camilla Cabello's "Señorita."
The former Disney star wore her blonde hair in a ponytail and freestyled moves to the track, before also sharing another dance video to Selena Gomez's "Love You Like a Love Song."
It comes after the "Lucky" singer recently made headlines due to her controversial conservatorship.
Britney now spends much of her time dancing alone inside her $7.4M, 13K-square-foot five-bedroom mansion on 21 acres of Thousand Oaks.
After the release of her latest awkward dance video, many saw it as a way to assert that Britney does need a conservatorship.
"Go and wash your hair, take that dreadful eyeliner off, put some tidy clothes on (preferably not from 1999) , get into proper therapy instead of stomping and twirling around the house, start taking responsibility and try and be some sort of a parent to you kids," a very, very shady comment read.
