Britney Spears Has A Thing For Tiny Furniture

What is with the tiny furniture in Britney Spears' Instagram posts, and is she aware of the fact that we can see it in the background?

It's hard to believe, but Britney Spears has been a part of our lives for almost 20 years. The "Princess Of Pop's" debut album ...Baby One More Time was released in 1999 (feel old yet?) and before that Spears was a child actor. Across those two decades Britney has been through thick and thin and we have been there for her every step of the way.

What is the global star up to nowadays? Well, she is only 36, as she started her singing career at such a young age, and therefore is far from done when it comes to making music. She's also pretty popular on social media as you might have guessed, and we are about to reveal something about Britney's Instagram posts that you might not have noticed before.

If you follow Britney on Instagram then you do so to see what she is up to, but have you noticed what's going on in the background of some of her photos? The music star seems to have an affinity for teeny, tiny furniture. There's a small couch in quite a few of her work-out photos and videos, a clearly visible arm chair that is too small for any human in a Christmas post, and also a little bed that looks about the right size for a chihuahua.

Everyone has their interests and obsessions of course, and many of us like to collect things. For most of us it's stamps, cards, figurines, model trains, but clearly for Britney it's small furniture. Not the kind that would go inside of a doll's house either. The pieces are far too big for that, while at the same time being way too small for her or any other person to make use of.

Whatever relationship Britney has with this furniture, we are fascinated. While it's entirely possible she didn't mean for us to see these knick-knacks, they all seem pretty conveniently placed in the photos above and others on her Instagram. Hopefully in an upcoming interview someone will bring it up and perhaps we will get an answer as to why she keeps it in her home, or maybe even creates it herself!

You do you, Brit!
