Alex Cooper, host of the quickly popular podcast Call Her Daddy, appeared on Hannah Berning's podcast Berning In Hell and had lots to share with listeners. Cooper is known for her sex tips and almost unbelievable dating anecdotes, and 20-somethings around the world wait with open ears every week to hear her older sister-styled advice. She let her walls down a bit with Berning and discussed how she became the confident person she is today.
High School Glow Up
Berning asked Cooper when she felt most insecure and the public personality shared, "I would say high school," but added that even when she didn't feel like the cutest person in the room, she still appreciated everything about herself that made her unique. Her humor, close-knit family, and other aspects she appreciated about her life made up for the parts that lowered her confidence. She then offered her two cents for women who feel like they're not at the level of sexy that they want.
Cooper said, "I think that when I started to get older when I went through puberty and I got tits. I'm not going to lie I think I have a really nice butt... Now I feel hot then on top of having not been hot and having a decent personality, being funny. I think I always had confidence within myself."
She went on to explain that her outward appearance eventually matched up with how she loved herself as a person. While she didn't directly answer the question about feeling sexy, focusing on the parts of yourself that make you shine eventually make you love everything else your insecurities overpowered.
Fake It 'Till You Effing Make It
The podcast host left the chaser at home and gave listeners a nice gulp of ABV (Alex By Volume), "It's so hard but I always say it. Fake it 'till you f*cking make it. If you do not feel confident and you are in a room and you act f*cking confident, all of a sudden it will bleed in and you will actually feel confident."
Cooper encouraged fans that once they exude that confident energy which slowly becomes their actual attitude, others will notice and feel their magnetic pull.
