Supermodel Cara Delevingne has revealed to Harper’s Bazaar that she is “manifesting” a baby and has already started to build a collection of garments for her future tot. Despite her enthusiasm however, Delevingne assured that she is not expecting anytime soon, she just likes to be prepared.

Speaking of her baby manifestations, Cara told “I want to have babies. But not yet. I buy children’s clothes for my future child who doesn’t exist.”

Cara Shared That Baby Shoes 'Break My Heart'

“Baby shoes really get me – they break my heart. I went shopping the other day and I bought these tiny Air Jordans, which are purple and they have a lion on them. I’m manifesting.”

As well as giving an insight into her daydreams, Delevingne confided that she struggled with her sexuality growing up. The now-openly pan-sexual model heartbreakingly disclosed that she “hated” herself during her adolescence, an attitude that she believes was partly because she lacked queer role models.

“I do think I would have hated myself less, I would have not been so ashamed, if I’d had someone.”

“The one thing I’m happy about growing up queer and fighting it and hiding it is it gives me so much fire and drive to try to make people’s lives easier in some way by talking about it.”

Delevingne Shared That 'Growing Up As A Queer Child Was Isolating'

This revelation follows comments Delevingne has made about the support she received from her sisters during her sexuality struggles.

“Growing up as a queer child was isolating and hard to navigate at times. My sisters did their best to be there for me but it was something I had to go through myself to truly know who I was.”

“I'm still on that journey and will continue to be for the rest of my life.”

She also divulged that “I saw my sisters as the epitome of the woman I wanted to be.”

“I soon realized that I couldn't be the same - all of us have different paths - but they showed me the most fundamental things that I had to learn in life.”

Furthermore, during the interview Cara opened up about her battles with mental health illness, sharing that a particularly dark period caused her to drop out of school.

“I dropped out, and I really just wanted to be able to prove that I wasn’t the deadbeat I thought I was. When you have mental health struggles, you can’t see anything, it blinds you.”
