Chanel West Coast is a popular reality TV star who rose to fame as a receptionist. Unlike all those Mad Men era receptionists, she didn’t have to do anything other than be her fantastic self. Her bubbly personality and genuine friendship with Rob Dryrdek meant that she was a perfect fit to jump into his most recent TV adventure, Ridiculousness. This is where Chanel West Coast has truly launched into the stratosphere. The thing that caused all of this? Skateboarding. Chanel West Coast has always loved skateboarding, proof that she’s been active for her whole life. While she’s amped up the intensity lately, her figure has been slim and trim for the entire time that we’ve seen her on Dryrdek’s shows. Lately, she’s been filling out her dresses more, thanks to her exercise and diet.

So, what kind of work is she putting in? “I wouldn’t say any workout is bad or I hate it but for women focus on your cardio, because if you do too much weights and you are a woman then you are going to bulk up a little bit you know,” which isn’t exactly true, but we see where she’s coming from.

And if you’re curious about diet, look no further than your closest pizza place. Chanel West Coast is very clear that there’s no limit, within reason, to your diet as long as you’re moving your body. “A lot of people like to start themselves on cute diets but the truth is you can really eat whatever you want as long as you workout on a daily basis. I try to eat healthy but since I work out I still enjoy a large pizza by myself! But In & Out burgers and all those things, you can have those as long as you work out,” which is probably the biggest way she manages to keep in shape. Without any kind of restriction, there’s no reason to binge! That kind of control is priceless and definitely gives her some good results. Also, the idea of looking like Chanel West Coast while still being able to smash a burger or two is more delicious than anything. We’d totally work out every day if that was on the table!

Whether you love her or hate her, Chanel West Coast is here to stay. Slowly but surely she’s taking over reality TV one giggle at a time, and she really has taken to superstardom like a fish to water.
