Chet Hanks has been sued in a $1 million domestic abuse suit by his ex-girlfriend Kiana Parker.

Parker filed legal docs against the 30-year-old rapper/actor at the Fort Bend County Justice Center in Texas. She claims the Empire actor got physical with her on more than one occasion between October 2020 and January 2021, TMZ reported.

Parker said in court docs that Chet pushed her and grabbed her arms and wrists after she said she was leaving the room they shared at the Windsor Court Hotel.

Parker told the court that Hanks said that said she was "just a ghetto Black b****" who wouldn't be believed. Shockingly, she alleges he threatened her in a murder-suicide while they were in his Sugar Land, Texas home in November. She added that her nine-year-old twins were at home during the incident.

Social media users were left horrified last month after Chet, the son of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, shared a graphic video online. The clip showed Parker allegedly attacking him.

TMZ obtained video of the one time rapper in an altercation with Parker on 8 January at Hanks’s home in Texas. Despite Hanks showing a video of what appears to be Parker leaving him with a bloody forehead, Parker was reportedly granted a restraining order against him.

Chet alleges Kiana charged at him with a knife (something which she denies.) The footage apparently does show her swiping at him with a pot. Hanks recently filed a lawsuit against Parker over the alleged altercation in January. He is also suing her for theft and return of the money she allegedly stole from him.

Parker, in legal docs, said that Hanks had approached her with a knife in the incident, and she hit him with a pot to defend herself.

Yesterday, Parker shared a picture of herself on the court steps. She captioned the image:

"This is the first step on a long road to justice. Only looking forward, no looking back."

Hanks, who has denied Parker's allegations subsequently, sued her last month said she stole from him, and had committed assault and battery against him.

Parker's attorneys said: "Chet Hanks [should] have been charged by now. Instead, he has not been charged and has made a mockery of black women in the criminal justice system by proclaiming that it’s going to be a 'White boy summer,' and a 'Black queen summer' while knowing he mentally and physically abused a black queen."

However social media commenters were not so convinced Kiana was the innocent victim.

"Girl it’s definitely giving clout chasing," one person wrote.

"No ma’am we saw that video," a second added.

"It’s the photoshoot at the courthouse for me. Not everything needs to go on social media. Sue in private, girl," a third chimed in.

"He does not have a million dollars. Wrong Hanks, ma’am," a shady comment read.
