For a very long time, Chris Brown's name was synonymous with abuse, stemming from his very violent night with Rihanna. In 2009, the world watched in awe and dismay as Rihanna failed to appear at the Kids' Choice Awards, only to resurface bruised and bloody as a result of Chris Brown's attack.
Just when it seemed he had made a name for himself in the world of music once again, and fans were connecting to him in a more positive way, Chris Brown is now facing new allegations of assault against a woman.
Chris Brown Allegedly Assaults Another Woman
Chris Brown is making the headlines for assault on a woman... again.
Fans will never truly forget his horrific attack on Rihanna, but enough time had passed that this wasn't on the forefront of their minds anymore. Until now.
His reputation seems to be haunting him once again, as a woman has just revealed he assaulted her. She claims he smacked the back of her head with such force that her weave came off.
The reports indicate that this woman was inside of Chris Brown's home in San Fernando Valley, and the two were sharing an evening together. It's unclear what led to the escalation of violence, but at one point, the two became embattled for reasons unknown, and now the woman alleges that Chris Brown struck her.
Police were called to Chris Brown's home and were met with the woman who frantically reported on the ordeal. When she reported that at some point during the altercation, Chris Brown struck her in the back of her head, police began investigating Brown for a battery.
Fans React
Fans have reacted to this matter in very different ways. Some of them are finding comedy in the fact that the lady's weave came flying off, while others are focused on the fact that Brown is displaying violent tendencies once again.
The comedic comments include; "Gotta use that gorilla glue next time," "Getting charged with a partial misdeweaver," and "Hahaha nah sorry smacked her wig off. Bro haha."
Others that have taken a more serious stance on the matter, have weighed in to say; "how long before he hurts someone or worse," and "he's a ticking time bomb" as well as "hitting women again, wow."
