Chrissy Teigen has come to her friend Meghan Markle's defense.
It comes ahead of her tell-all interview with legendary broadcaster Oprah Winfrey alongside husband Prince Harry.
The former supermodel has claimed critics of the couple will cause pregnant Meghan to lose her baby amid a rift with the Royal Family.
'This meghan markle s**t is hitting too close to home for me. these people won't stop until she miscarries. f***ing stop it,' wrote Teigen in a tweet on Friday.
Meghan, 39, is currently pregnant with the couple's second child. Last fall she shared the painful story of a miscarriage she suffered in July, detailing the experience in a New York Times op-ed. Teigen herself miscarried her son Jack last year.
Although many praised Teigen for standing up for Markle, many attacked the cookbook author.
"HEY CHRISSY...here's A THOUGHT! May MM HERSELF SHOULD NOT BE GIVING AN INTERVIEW like this while she is PREGNANT. NOVEL THOUGHT, but PERHAPS MM SHOULD BE THINKING ABOUT HER UNBORN CHILD," one tweet read.
"How dumb and self absorbent can anyone be? Straight to the guilt to make people feel sorry. Nope. She gets what she deserves for the way she has acted....sorry, did I say 'acted'?" another shady comment read.
"If I was worried about my emotional state during a pregnancy, I would stay out of the limelight," a third chimed in.
Social media have compared their "unfair treatment" compared to that of fellow royal Prince Andrew.
The Duke of York has been condemned for his connections to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Often referred as the Queen's "favorite son" he has yet failed to answer questions from the FBI.
One of Meghan and Harry's biggest critics - Piers Morgan - has agreed with the lack of attention on Prince Andrew. There is currently a Buckingham Palace investigation into alleged bullying of royal aides on Meghan's part. But none so far concerning Prince Andrew allegedly sleeping with underage girls.
"Of all the whataboutery being spewed on here by Meghan/Harry fan trolls, the only one I agree with is about Prince Andrew. If there's going to be a Palace investigation into Meghan's alleged bullying, there should be one into Andrew's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Urgently," Morgan tweeted.
The couple have been critcized after it emerged they won't delay the release of their Oprah Winfrey interview - despite Prince Philip's hospitalization.
The couple are under huge pressure to ask Ms Winfrey to delay the broadcast in the US on Sunday night. Buckingham Palace announced this week that Harry's 99-year-old grandfather underwent heart surgery.
