Some people tie the knot once. Craig Ferguson took the plunge three times. The award-winning host of The Late Late Show may boast a successful career, but his romantic affairs have been rocky. With two divorces, numerous ex-hookups and a wild history of intense partying, Ferguson can hardly boast a track record of stable relationships.

In spite of his questionable lifestyle choices, Ferguson has not been afraid to make comments that imply a sort of expertise when it comes to the ladies. A 2009 report by The New York Times quoted Ferguson explaining that he only found humor “useful” when he realized he could use it to attract women. “I realized women and humor were linked very closely,” he said.

This combination of divorce, partying and a touch of womanizing leaves us with the question: who are the women that have walked down the aisle at Ferguson’s side? We have done some digging to give readers an idea of the mysterious women who were, at one point, the late-night presenter’s wives.

Anne Hogarth & The Crazy 80s

Ferguson married his first wife Anne Hogarth in 1983. The pair made their marriage official in New York, only to file for divorce three years later, in 1986. Perhaps because the duo met well before the television personality’s rise to fame, Hogarth is the most private of any of Ferguson’s ex-wives.

Even though Hogarth has chosen to avoid the spotlight, we have a good deal of information about some of the factors that could have led to the couple’s break-up. At the top of the list? Ferguson’s sex, drugs and rock and roll attitude.

According to The Sun, Ferguson’s memoire divulges that in the 1980s and early 1990s the future Peabody award winning host struggled to keep down a job. He abused drugs, starting with acid. His career prospects were so few that the only work he could scrape together were odd gigs with complicated hours, often in nightclubs.

By the time he was in his late twenties, Ferguson was on the brink of suicide. In his book, he attributes his mental health crisis to a combination of drug abuse and professional failure. “I woke up in a storage room over a London bar, covered in my own vomit and pee. ..I was almost thirty, divorced and broke. I couldn’t even make it to Scotland to be with my parents at Christmas,” Ferguson admitted.

Sascha Corwin & Falling In Fatherhood

In the 1980s, Ferguson clearly lacked the emotional maturity to make his marriage last. However, by the time he met Sascha Corwin in the 1990s, Ferguson was ready to give love another try. The pair married in 1998.

So who is Corwin? From what we can tell, she is a go-getter with an artistic flair. The daughter of a wealthy American financier, Corwin boasts an elite education and fluency in French. She splits her time between Paris and Los Angeles— where she has spearheaded a number of arts and wellness initiatives. At the time that she and Ferguson were still together, the LA Times reports, Corwin owned a ritzy James Bond inspired gym called Spy School, where clients could learn skills ranging from rock climbing to trapeze. Ferguson maintained a relationship with Corwin for six years, before the pair filed for divorce in 2004. During that time, however, Corwin gave birth to a son Milo—who seems to have inherited his parents’ artistic talents. According to his mother’s Instagram account, the young talent is pursing a college degree at the prestigious art school SVA in New York City.

Megan Wallace Cunningham & VT Peace

Ferguson’s third and- maybe even final! -wife is the art dealer Megan Wallace Cunningham, who said “I do” in a private ceremony in 2008. The two have been very hush-hush about their relationship... so much so that they even managed to keep their wedding a secret!

However, once the couple began to speak publicly about their wedding, fans were able to gather an image of the beautiful event. According to People, the duo tied the knot on a farm in Vermont. The photos showed that their wedding looked like a winter wonderland with piles of snow in the background.

In 2011, Ferguson and Cunningham grew even closer when the pair welcomed a son, Liam to their new family.

But is it all hearts and roses from here all out? We aren’t so sure. As Ferguson joked, “people are telling me I can’t flirt with the guests anymore.” Whether or not that kind of comment will land Ferguson in divorce number 3, it is still too soon to tell.
