"You're going to have to bare [sic] with me on the vlogs for a little bit. Regular posts will be back as soon as quarantine is over and I can get Zane back into bars. Love yall. Stay safe."

Yes, it is a sad time over on YouTube, as we still haven’t seen a post in quite some time from David Dobrik. During the pandemic, he has refrained from posting videos, mostly because he thinks the content will be forced and stale. Fans tend to differ, though, at the moment, we’re all staying connected with the YouTube star through the other Vlog Squad videos, along with his IG page.

Despite the lack of YouTube videos, Dobrik continues to give fans special treats but we’ll have a little more on it later. Although it sounds like a great way to give back, Dobrik admits, it is one of the most selfish things anyone can do;

“Giving people things is the most selfish thing you can do because the reaction is priceless,” Dobrik said during the event. “Anyone in my position would do the same thing 100 percent.”

Dobrik's back to his giving ways, most recently, it was all about rewarding his massive fanbase.

Giving Back

We all know by now, Dobrik loves Teslas, though he might love to give this ride to others just as much. Given his recent post, he’s giving five Teslas up;

This isn’t the first time nor will it be the last, just in late July, he posted a similar giveaway via IG;

Fans are definitely excited, however, the true question remains, when is David Dobrik returning to YouTube? He spoke briefly about the matter;

“I knew that I couldn’t make the videos that I wanted to because a lot of my videos involve traveling or going out — especially a lot of random people, like interacting with strangers is a big part of my videos. And I didn’t want to water down the videos and do them in my home,” Dobrik told Fallon. “I actually set a goal for myself. There’s a bar down the street that we always go to, and once it’s reopened at full capacity, I will start making videos again.”

Let’s hope that bar opens sooner rather than later. For now, we’ll continue enjoying the giveaways.
