Demi Lovato Uses A Stuffed Animal To Help Stay Calm

The singer took to Instagram and shared a photograph of a massive-looking, purple gravity blanket disguised as a stuffed animal. She elaborated on her newfound obsession in her caption.

"It's like a gravity blanket but it's in the form of an animal that actually hugs you back. It's perfect for lonely quarantine nights," she wrote.

Lovato also mentioned how she wanted to buy more for her best friends, but the brand was sold out online.

Her fans were surprised by the singer's love for stuffed animals, especially since the one she shared looked like it was meant for children. Demi seems to have received several messages addressing this, since she clarified the issue shortly after.

"Yes I'm FULLY aware I posted about a children's toy BUT if you suffer from anxiety you know that gravity blankets can help calm you down tremendously," she shared through her Instagram story.
