Sofia's new romance comes after her famous 2020 split from Scott Disick. She told Entertainment Tonight that she had no plans to return to Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Meanwhile, Scott was going strong with Amelia Hamlin. They started dating in late 2020 and broke up recently. On the other hand, things are getting pretty serious between Sofia and Elliot, and there's a high chance they are getting engaged soon.

Sofia Richie, daughter of legendary musician Lionel Richie and sister of Nicole Richie, is more than used to living in the limelight. And because of her celeb status, the model and social media influencer has gotten involved with her fair share of A-lister bachelors, like Justin Bieber, and of course, her three-year relationship with ex, Scott Disick.
The couple's 15-year age difference was enough to throw people off, but they seemed pretty serious about their relationship for over two years. They did go on to end things in July 2020, but not without plenty of drama. In the season 20 premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Scott revealed that Sofia allegedly gave him an ultimatum: her or Kourtney.
Scott clearly sided with Kourtney, with whom he shares three kids, and went on to chock up the split to some wild jealousy on Sofia's end, which is sounding a little too familiar in the weeks following Kourtney's bombshell engagement to Travis Barker. And to add fuel to the already-scorching Lord Disick fire, Sofia is reportedly talking marriage with her new man, music executive Elliot Grainge.

Sofia and Elliot were first spotted together getting takeout in April of this year. The sighting immediately sparked dating rumors, causing some to wonder if the pair would soon become Hollywood's newest "it" couple.
A month before, Sofia posted a photo of her and Elliot in an elevator, captioning the image with a sunflower emoji, perhaps hinting at their blossoming love? And as it turns out, the romance rumors were true! Sofia officially confirmed their relationship in April by posting a series of super loved-up photos, one of which showed Sofia kissing her new man. Since then, the couple hasn't been shy about moving quickly.
An insider told E! News at the time, "They are a great match, and it's going really well. Sofia and Elliot currently live together, and the adjustment has been so easy and seamless."
That same source then went on to add, "They have talked about getting engaged, and it's something that Sofia wants and is looking forward to." So are wedding bells ringing for the couple? Well, not yet. Any talks of an engagement between the two remain purely speculation, though it seems Sofia and Elliot might just have that soulmate connection.
Sofia's Family Approves Elliot
According to an insider, the two bonded over their shared interests for food and traveling and added that Sofia "loves to cook for Elliot and plan fun things for them to do."
It's not surprising that the two have so much in common, as Sofia and Elliot have very similar backgrounds, in addition to both having superstar parents. Elliot and Sofia's dads are actually friends, and the now-couple have known each other pretty much since birth. But hilariously enough, the two "weren't really close" until somewhat recently. And just like Sofia's dad, Elliot is also considered to be musical royalty. He's the founder of record label 10K projects, which has signed some awe-inspiring artists like Trippie Redd, Between Friends, and Coin.
Elliot is also the son of Lucian Grainge, CEO of Universal Music Group, so it's no surprise he's got an ear for good talent. This certainly seems like a match, with Sofia and Elliot having a crazy amount of history and things in common. The E! News insider went on to add, "They have truly formed a solid bond recently, and Sofia loves that they don't have any drama. She loves how chill and calm Elliot is, and they have a lot of fun together, even when they're just being low-key at home."
Fans are happy to see that Sofia seems to have found her perfect match. For now, the general public will be eagerly awaiting any future engagement announcement. On the other hand, some fans can't help but think: How does Scott feel about the whole situation? He is still processing his feeling over Kourtney, his long-time girlfriend and the mother of his three children, officially planning to tie the know with someone else.
