During the 1990s, Pamela Anderson was the "It" girl of the moment. She was on the hugely successful television show, Baywatch which made her an international star. The blonde bombshell's pictures were splashed across the covers of magazines, ranging from tabloids to fashion magazines and Playboy, a magazine Anderson holds the US record for posing for the publication 14 times. Because of this, men in Hollywood all wanted to date the Broadway star. And while some were lucky enough to be able to spend time with Anderson, others were turned down, including none other than Sylvester Stallone.

Stallone was notorious for being a ladies' man in the 1990s. While he was in a relationship with Jennifer Flavin, whom he would go on to marry in 1997, the Rocky star and model broke up for a time when Stallone had an affair with model Janice Dickinson. But after it was confirmed that Dickinson's newborn was not Stallone's, the two called things off and the Rambo star and Flavin reconciled.

By Anderson's accounts, Stallone pursued her during this timeframe. And the Tulsa King star was so interested in having Anderson on his arm that he even offered to set her up in the lap of luxury if she accepted. Here is what Sylvester Stallone bribed Pamela Anderson with to be his girlfriend.

Sylvester Stallone Allegedly Offered Pamela Anderson Luxury Items

When Anderson was just beginning to make a celebrity name for herself between her stint on Home Improvement and Baywatch, she found herself being pursued by some heavy hitters in Hollywood.

After coming off of hits such as Cliffhanger and Demolition Man, in conjunction with his earlier work, Stallone was one of the biggest stars to date to make his affections known for the Canadian beauty, and his affections came with luxury items to boot.

"I remember talking to Sylvester Stallone one time, and he offered me a condo and a Porsche to be his number one girl," Anderson alleges in the Netflix film, Pamela, a love story.

"And I was like, 'Does that mean there's a number two? Uh-uh.' He goes, 'That's the best offer you're gonna get, honey. You're in Hollywood now.'"

It is unclear what Stallone's relationship status was at that time and who he was dating. However, based on Anderson's statement, it did not look like the Assassins star had any interest in being tied to just one woman. A proposition that the Package Deal actress wanted nothing to do with.

Why Pamela Anderson Refused The Offer

If Anderson was not in a relationship herself at the time that Stallone offered her a place to live and a beautiful car to drive, what was the driving reason for her turning him down? A very simple one. Anderson believed in falling in love and wanted to find that more than anything else.

"I wanted to be in love. I didn't want anything less than that," Anderson explained in Pamela, a love story. And while Anderson tried to find that with relationships with Baywatch co-star, David Charvet, Dean Cain, and Kelly Slater, it was not until she met Mötley Crüe drummer, Tommy Lee that Anderson thought she had found love.

Anderson and Lee married in 1995. But between a leaked sex tape and allegations of abuse, the relationship finally came to an end in 1998.

Even though the relationship was tumultuous, Anderson still considers Lee to be the love of her life, a fact she is not afraid to share in the Netflix documentary.

"I was thinking about it upstairs. I was thinking... you know, it's probably gonna get me a lot of [expletive] for saying this, but I really loved your dad, for all the right reasons and I don't think I've ever loved anyone else," Anderson explains to her son Brandon Lee, whom she shares with Lee.

And it is because of the love she experiences with Lee that Anderson went on to say that she would "rather be alone" than not with Lee.

However, she was quick to add that she could not be in a relationship with the rocker either, making it easy to see why relationships since her divorce from Lee have not gone the distance.

What Sylvester Stallone Has To Say About Pamela Anderson's Allegations

For his part, Stallone has adamantly denied that he ever asked Anderson to be a girlfriend or other to him. So much so, that his publicist issued a statement shortly after allegations came to light, trying to put a kibosh on the story that took off like wildfire.

"The statement from Pamela Anderson attributed to my client is false and fabricated... Mr. Stallone confirms that he never made any portion of that statement," the statement read.

Given that this is a he-said, she-said situation, there likely will not be any resolution whether Stallone truly made this statement or not.

However, given the fact that he and Flavin were rumored to be separating in late 2022, but later reconciled, the Creed star would likely prefer to keep any salacious details about his past out of the press.

Will more bombshells continue to drop from Anderson's Netflix documentary or her memoir, Love, Pamela? Only time will tell.
