Disney has a tendency to introduce up-and-coming stars via their TV shows and movies, and it doesn't usually take long for fans to grasp these new stars and lift them up. A look back at Disney's history is enough to confirm the fact.

For example, Dove Cameron is now a hot topic in the media, with fans all in her business when it comes to her relationships (and her most recent ex, fellow Disney actor Thomas Doherty).

Stars like China Anne McClain also grew to fame for their role in 'Descendants.' And the actress who played Fairy Godmother's daughter, goody-two-shoes Jane, is ascending the charts (well, Instagram ranking, maybe?) with everyone else.

20-year-old Brenna D'Amico is just your average IG influencer, with 2.3 million followers, plenty of famous friends, and a to-die-for aesthetic. She has one sister, who stars in her IG pics often, and a close-knit group of friends she often shares, too.

Rumor has it, Brenna dated her character's on-screen BF, Cameron Boyce as Carlos, during 'Descendants,' but that does seem to be just a rumor. Like her fellow co-stars, Brenna does share tributes to Cameron and contributes to causes in his honor. Still, it seems she's never spoken out about their purported past relaitonship.

Fans obsess over D'Amico, especially as she seems so down to earth in most of her (silly and goofy) posts. But the actress also seems to have dabbled in modeling, sharing a magazine cover and some seriously impressive photo sessions on her profile.

As for her acting resume, Disney is far from her only claim to fame. Brenna started her career with 'Descendants,' including a soundtrack credit, but she didn't stop there. In addition to the three 'Descendants' films and accompanying TV series (there were two), D'Amico also branched out into other projects.

Per IMDb, Brenna appeared in a couple of smaller projects, including a video short and a TV series episode ('The Relic'). She also starred in three TV series between 2017 and 2018 alone, with bigger roles on 'Keys,' 'Overnights,' and 'Chicken Girls.'

There were also other TV appearances, including one TV movie, and then films like 'Adventures of Dally & Spanky,' 'The Never List,' and even a music video with Josh Lambert. Fans are still clamoring for more, and it also looks like Brenna's nabbed some sponsored posts on IG, so maybe influencer life is the best life for Disney alums these days.

The actress has even more projects upcoming, though, with two films currently in post-production. Despite the pandemic, it seems D'Amico has stayed busy, and thanks to her Disney start, she's only got one way to go: up.
