Marilyn Manson has been facing lots of backlash for the allegations against him from Evan Rachel Wood, who announced on February 1st, her history with abuse, notably with Manson being responsible for gaslighting and manipulating her. Other women such as Ashley Walters, Sarah McNeilly, Ashley Lindsay Morgan, and Gabriella (last name unknown at the time of this writing) released their statements.

Manson also had a relationship with American vedette/actress Dita Von Teese, whom he married for about two years. He is currently married to Lindsay Usich, but she has not said anything regarding the allegations against him.

Teese, on the other hand, addressed her stance on the allegations. Fans of Teese raised concern when the news broke out, as she thanked them for checking on her. Teese has stated she supports the victims, but Twitter users are not really seeing it.

On Teese's Instagram post, she wrote, “Please know that the details made public do not match my personal experience during our 7 years together as a couple. Had they, I would not have married him in December 2005. I left 12 months later due to infidelity and drug abuse."

Twitter users that support Wood and Manson's victims were horrified at her stance, believing that Teese's stance is not as important since she wasn't a victim of her ex-husband's abuse. They criticized Teese's diction, believing that just stating she supports the victims is enough.

@zoetica tweeted a "translation" of Teese's response of what she might or might not be aware of, even if her intentions seemed good. Supporters feel that her subtext was very distant, especially when Teese wrote that the victims require self-realization.

As one Twitter user, @EllenJRodgers wrote, "I’ve noticed that when he abuses women he asks them to dye their hair blonde. All the stories matched, and from experience in a similar relationship I saw this pattern too. I think he separated women, just because Dita wasn’t abused it doesn’t mean others were not."

Teese always had black hair, so this matches the theory the Twitter user wrote. While she wasn't abused, she did state that Manson cheated on her and was dependent on drugs during their marriage. One fan, @SkirTsahara believes that Teese was abused in a different way from the infidelity and drug abuse.

Whether Teese will respond to debunk the tweets at her regarding her statement, that will ultimately be up to her if the situation gets worse.
