Chocolate clusters are a yummy and delicious treat that so many people love. Now, you can make a batch of these candies in your own home and tailor the recipe to your specifications!

The first piece of equipment you will need is a crock-pot. It doesn't matter what size, any standard crock-pot will work just fine. Next, pick out which type of nut you want to use. Almonds, pecans, and peanuts are always a big hit. You can roast them on a pan or just throw them in the crock-pot. Side note – you don't have to choose only one kind of nut, you can add as many as you want. Remember, this is your fun treat!

After you have the nuts ready, it is time to add the chocolate chips. There are so many choices from dark, milk, semi-sweet, white and bitter that there is no need to settle for just one. Throw your chip combination into the crock-pot, cover, and begin heating. The temperature should be at medium heat. You want it to get hot but not burn the chocolate. Make sure you stir the candy mix a couple of times as it is melting.

Finally, place spoonfuls of the candy mixture onto wax paper. The clusters will need to stay on the wax paper until the chocolate is hard, which can take a few hours, so be patient. Once the chocolate is hard, you can devour as many as you want.
