We got trouble! It has been revealed that Donald Trump used to jam out to show tunes during his time as the United States President.

Ex-Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham published a tell-all book, documenting her time spent in the White House alongside Trump. In her book, I’ll Take Your Questions Now, she wrote that there was a White House aide who was dubbed the "Music Man." His job was to play show tunes, such as “Memory” from the acclaimed musical Cats, in the Oval Office whenever Trump was in a fit of rage.

This left fans curious to know: Whose rendition was Trump jamming to? Barbara Streisand or Elaine Paige?

While the aide remained named in the novel, Grisham hints at the employee being her ex-boyfriend. Outlets such as Business Insider, New York Times, and Politico have identified the "Music Man" to be 32-year-old aide Max Miller.

Critics were shocked to hear of this news and many took to social media to express their thoughts on the situation. One hilariously wrote, "That moment you realize that one of the only things that kept us from nuclear war was a Music Man playing "Memory" from Cats."

Another tweeted, "I need more details on how exactly “The Music Man” worked in practice," along with the iconic image of John Cusack holding up a boombox outside of his lover's window in the 1989 movie Say Anything.

Needless to say, this slight behind-the-scenes look into Trump's behavior in the White House has left many commentators amused. Some are pointing out that the musical The Music Man famously revolves around a con artist who hits up a small town under the guise of being a salesman. The musical itself has a rocky past as most recently its Broadway revival, starring Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster, has been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and its controversial producer, Scott Rudin, had to step away from the show after a myriad of abuse allegations came to light.

There's more trouble a-brewing, the aforementioned aide, is also an alleged abuser. The writer, Grisham, has been identified as one of his victims. The Daily Beast referred to Miller as "President Donald Trump’s golden boy" and documented his history with abuse, dating back to "multiple arrests in his 20s."

It was speculated that during their time together, Grisham accused Miller of cheating on her. In return, he pushed her against a wall and slapped her. Other unidentified sources have cited that Miller has "anger problems."
