In a new episode, the host of The Drew Barrymore Show reacted to the persistent rumors the Booksmart director and the singer and member of One Direction are dating.

Drew Barrymore Weighs In On Olivia Wilde And Harry Styles

“They’re both such incredibly talented, beautiful inside and out, alluring figures,” Barrymore said.

Wilde and Styles worked together on her latest movie, psychological horror Don’t Worry Darling. He replaced Shia LaBoeuf in the role of Jack. They were pictured holding hands at Styles’ agent’s wedding this week, but haven’t confirmed the relationship yet.

“I really understand why this is captivating everybody right now,” Barrymore also said.

“It’s an antidote to the realities that we’re also going through,” she added.

There’s another reason why Barrymore seems to be completely on board with the news.

“She’s also like, a decade older and I’m really into that because I do think age is nothing but a number,” the Charlie’s Angels star continued.

Drew Barrymore Is Navigating The World Of Dating Apps

In a segment of the show, Ross Mathews asked Barrymore if she would be up for dating someone ten years younger than her.

“Maybe,” Barrymore replied.

She then added: "You can’t say no about who the other person is. Who you connect to, to me, doesn’t have to do with looks, status, age… it’s something more deep than that.”

Barrymore also revealed she is back on a dating app.

“2020 was just a learning curve and prepared us all and I said, ‘you know what, new year,’” she said.

“And I got on and I’m getting hit up. Like, a lot,” she continued.

The bisexual actress also explained she feels much more positive and confident compared to last year, and she believes it shows on her profile.

“Right now, I feel different and, therefore, the energy is different,” she said.

“It’s not about how it looks or functions, it’s energy and attitude and confidence and spirit and all that,” she added.

Barrymore and ex-husband Will Kopelman divorced in 2016, and she hasn’t been officially seeing anyone since. She has two daughters with Kopelman: Olive and Frankie.
