The 2021 "Instagram Rich List" has been revealed! It is an annually released list that ranks celebrities, Instagram influencers, and sports personalities based on how much they're paid for every post that they promote on the social media platform. Last year, Black Adam actor Dwayne Johnson held the number one spot, with beauty mogul Kylie Jenner at number 2.
Both personalities have been dethroned to numbers 2 and 4 respectively, and a globally famous soccer star has found their name at the top of the list!
Cristiano Ronaldo Charges Over $1.5 Million
He isn't the most-followed Instagram personality for nothing! Cristiano Ronaldo enjoys glamorous celebrity status, because he is, after all, an incredible soccer player. The Portuguese native has a staggering $500 million net worth, and now, we know where a lot of it comes from!
The 2021 list of Instagram's highest-paid celebrities is out, and Cristiano Ronaldo has taken the top spot. With over 359 million followers on the social networking site, Ronaldo is said to earn $1,604,000 per post!
Social media isn't the only source of income for the controversial sportsman and in 2020, $70 million of his year's earnings came from his Juventus salary. His major brand deals include the likes of his rumored billion-dollar deal with Nike, GOAT eyewear collaboration as well as his exclusive fragrance deal.
With Ronaldo topping the Instagram Rich List this year, celebrities such as Dwayne Johnson and Kylie Jenner who also leverage their popularity for personal brands and hefty paychecks, are not earning as much as the acclaimed sports star does.
Actor and former WWE wrestler Dwayne Johnson, who has over 275 million followers, earns approximately $1,523,000 for sponsored collaborations, and Kylie Jenner earns just a little under $1.5m for her posts. On number 3, we have a new arrival - singer Ariana Grande, who is at present, earning $1,510,000 for every sponsored post.
Other celebrities who appear in the top 10 are reality television star and media personality Kim Kardashian, singer-actress Selena Gomez, and the legendary Beyoncé.
Justin Bieber, Lionel Messi, and Kendall Jenner are also part of the 10 highest earning Instagram personalities!
