Back in 2001, fans weren't entirely surprised to find out that Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova were together. Enrique has long been a staple in the music industry, and he's had collaborations with anyone and everyone, both in the US market and others.
His reputation as the King of Latin Pop precedes him, but Enrique is actually a pretty down-to-earth guy. Case in point? His Instagram is full of his kids climbing all over him and playing outside. He's not big on flashy cars or fancy clothes, instead sharing images of himself as a child, snippets of his concerts and music videos, and even snapshots of him in a bathroom holding a music award.
But another thing Enrique frequently shares on Instagram is his children. Though he and Anna are known for being private about their relationship (they don't seem to have addressed either of their reported separations, in 2008 and 2013), they do share quite a bit about their children.
Enrique may have many millions of dollars, but his kids are growing up with an average dad who does things like give them horsey back rides on the lawn. Just who are his three kids?
In 2017, his twins Nicholas and Lucy were born, and they just turned three in December of 2020. But Anna and Enrique also welcomed one of 2020's earliest pandemic babies. In February, the baby arrived under much secrecy, reported Daily Mail.
An interviewer asked Enrique's brother, Julio, about becoming an uncle again during a radio show. Julio replied that the baby had been born, but he wasn't allowed to divulge whether it was a boy or girl.
No one was really surprised though; the twins weren't announced at all until after they were born. No one knew Anna was pregnant, except for perhaps some sneaky paparazzi or attentive fans. In fact, there's plenty Anna and Enrique have kept under wraps.
Daily Mail points out that for a long time, Enrique and Anna were quite private about their kids. But in recent months, and perhaps due to all the time he's spending at home rather than on stage, Iglesias is sharing more and more. He even shared a video of his infant daughter (yes, turns out baby Iglesias was a girl!) 'dancing' when she was a couple of months old.
The youngest Iglesias child, Mary, is now a year old, though she isn't featured heavily on Enrique's Instagram. All three kids are blonde like their mama, though, and cute as heck. And it seems that Enrique is spending plenty of time being the hands-on dad that Daily Mail quoted him as saying he really wanted to be.
The family travels together, plays together, and is clearly enjoying life to the fullest. Now the only question left is whether the Iglesias-Kournikova family is going to be expanding anytime soon. Not that either Enrique or Anna would tell fans if they were!
