Tiger Woods might go down as the greatest golfer of all-time, however, his personal life hasn't been as glamorous. Woods faced many scandals in the past, with so many of his former flames taking to the press and discussing their time with the golfer.

Ex-Elin Nordegren is keeping things quiet these days, particularly after settling on a huge settlement which saw a massive spike in her net worth.

It seemed as though Tiger Woods was finally settling down and his relationship life was out of the spotlight since he met Erica Herman. However, things recently blew up, with Herman's lawsuit worth $30 million. Among the many claims includes trying to break out of her NDA, and apparently being kicked out of her home with Tiger.

According to Golf Week, Herman's team suggests thing turned problematic when Herman was apparently tricked and kicked out the home.

"The suit against the trust said she was forced out by “trickery” by agents of the trust, who convinced her to pack a suitcase for a short vacation. When she arrived at the airport, they told her she had been locked out of her residence, in violation of the oral tenancy agreement and in violation of Florida law, the suit states."

Oddly enough, Herman's side suggests that Tiger gave her a 5-year commitment to stay at the home, which sounds odd. Nonetheless, it doesn't appear as there were any telling signs, even Tiger's ex Elin Nordegren had approved of the arrangement.

According to insiders with People, Elin Nordegren had a positive relationship with Erica Herman. Now there were mixed stories about her feelings towards Lindsay Vonn in the past, but she seemed content with the way Herman handled her children during their time with Tiger. Elin had also appreciated how Tiger had grown up during the relationship.

"Elin has a friendly relationship with Erica," the source says. "Tiger has come a long way and Elin acknowledges that. She is happy that he is dating Erica."

For Elin, the biggest priority was that the children had a positive relationship with their dad.

"Elin put her own feelings aside to make sure the kids have a great relationship with their dad," the source says. "They do a great job of co-parenting."

Among the lawsuits Herman is challenging, includes her NDA with Tiger. This one in particular is tricky, as Herman wants to reveal her 'truths', but is unsure how to proceed given the contract she had signed.

Golfweek writes, "Herman is seeking clarification from the court as she is “unsure whether she may disclose, among other things, facts giving rise to various legal claims she believes she has. She is also currently unsure what other information about her own life she may discuss or with whom.”

This isn't the first time someone gets tangled in an NDA with Tiger. The same held true with former flame Rachel Uchitel, who was promised $8 million, but walked away with $2 million instead.

"It has nothing to do with not getting the rest of the payout. It’s that I feel, ultimately, like I was bullied," Uchitel told the Times.

Similar to Herman, Uchitel has plans to break the NDA and finally tell her story in a book. Uchitel makes mention that she's still making headlines for the relationship, and hasn't been able to say a word about it all these years later. Uchitel wants to tell her side of the story and what went down.

“Ten years later, people were still talking about me as a player in a story I had never talked about. I felt like it was time to take the reins,” she added.

Given the buzz going on between Herman and Woods, it seems very likely that other stories from the past might start to emerge once again.
