Rather, Margaret explains that even when things have gone awry, she makes a point of prioritizing her peace.

Acknowledging that some of what's happened this season has been downright painful to experience - after all, she explains, "these are real friendships" - Margaret has taken a number of steps to keep her stress levels in check.

"This Housewives season has been insane in the gamut of emotions, but I'm a strong woman, I have strong convictions, and even though I felt badly about some of the things that have gone down, I'm absolutely fine. You know, I always take care of my mental health."

As for how she does that, the businesswoman has it down to something of a science, but ultimately, it all comes down to one thing: total decompression.

"My first season was very rough for me, because truthfully, I did not realize how intense it was going to be. However, [over time], it's gotten a lot easier."
