Mixed reviews are flying in for DC's newest installment of the Wonder Woman franchise: 'Wonder Woman 1984.' It stars Gal Gadot reprising her role as Diana Prince, Queen of the Amazons, and now features Kristen Wiig in a brand new role as Diana's rival, 'Cheetah.'

From the start, fans of DC comics have noticed flaws in Wonder Woman's character design. Now the film's CGI is leaving many fans completely unable to take the character (and her story) seriously. See for yourself below.

Fans Notice Some Issues In the Fight Scenes

Some viewers found fight scenes between Gal and Kristen's characters hard to watch, because the CGI made them look like what one fan called "bad cartoons."

"Wasted cast/actors," wrote a viewer on Twitter. "The WW v Cheetah fight scene was utterly disappointing."

"Cheetah and Wonderwoman running around tanks were visually horrible," added another. "And I have no idea why they kept bouncing her around with her lasso like a cat toy, lazy choreography."

Gal Gadot actually performed many of the stunts herself! Unfortunately, fans are finding it pretty easy to spot which ones she opted out of.

Cheetah's CG1 Was Far From Purrfect

Kristen Wiig initially kept her casting a secret when she auditioned for the role of Cheetah. Now fans think they can see why she might not want the world knowing that it's HER underneath this unnatural, off-putting special effects makeup and faux-fur CGI.

For a super villain, she really doesn't look super.
