The former Kardashian bodyguard suing Kris Jenner has made more allegations.
Marc McWilliams is currently suing the Kardashian matriarch for sexual harassment. He is now accusing the famous momager of sexual assault and battery.
McWilliams is now alleging the reality star fondled his crotch area in 2017.
The one-time rapper turned security guard has filed a $3million lawsuit against Jenner. He has also claimed in his suit that she grabbed his butt and exposed herself to him.
McWilliams says he was only let go from his job when he rebuffed her sexual advances.
In an amended complaint filed at Los Angeles Superior Court this week McWilliams added to his allegations.
In amended court docs, McWilliams is now accusing Jenner of sexually assaulting him while they were out driving in her luxury Bentley.
The incident allegedly took place almost four years ago.
McWilliams who worked for the family in 2017 and 2018, in court papers described a "particularly shocking" incident the morning of October 22, 2017.
The 44-year-old stated in legal docs that Jenner wanted to go out in her Bentley. She allegedly ordered him to sit in the front passenger seat.
As Jenner drove, "She began making comments to plaintiff [McWilliams] of a flirtatious and overtly sexual nature," his attorney Sean Novak said in the filing.
Without warning, Jenner placed her "right hand on the inside upper left thigh and groin area of McWilliams in a manner that was overtly sexually offensive."
"She then caused her right hand to move up the upper, inner left thigh and groin, while caressing McWilliams."
The complaint claims McWilliams was "shocked and offended" by Jenner's sexual advances and attempted to shift away from her.
But as he moved his body away, he claims, Jenner's right hand came into contact with his "inner groin and genital area."
As a result of Jenner's behavior, McWilliams claims he suffered "physical and mental pain….illness….loss of sleep, depression' and other health issues," Novak wrote.
The filing comes five months after McWilliams first sued his former boss for harassment, racial discrimination and other "outrageous" and "despicable" acts.
According to McWilliams, Jenner "massaged his neck, shoulders, arms and back without his consent."
"Repeatedly had her hand to rest on his thigh and groin. Rubbed her pelvis against his back and rear end without his consent or approval."
"Exposed portions of her body to (him) in a lewd or suggestive manner."
The 65-year-old's former bodyguard Marc McWilliams is 20 years her junior - and caused many fans to speculate online.
"This is so embarrassing! They should pay the man and let this story go," one fan wrote.
"I'm literally cringing because I can imagine Kris doing this!" a second added.
